This company arranged to come out to my house during a 3 hour window, and then called the morning of to say they had other jobs come up (presumably meaning more profitable jobs) so now could only come 2-3 days form now. Unprofessional.

Fire at my moms, she died. They took advantage of us in our time of grief .This company took 3 times as long, did not know what they were doing, didn’t finish the job, then lost items that can’t be replaced. They cost me money. Too long of a story to tell it all. Call another ServPro.

Called the company for service this morning, they were at my home by 11am. The fixed a water damage issue found by home inspection in a short amount of time and for reasonable price. The customer service was A+. This company was a blessing to me.

We used Servpro of Crofton when our washer broke and flooded our house. Servpro came right out an Evaluated the damages and got right to work thankfully Servpro knew exactly what to do to prevent mold and Salvage the drywall that we had. They were timely and very professional I would use them again if ever needed.

Our washer backed up on the third floor causing the water to run down in multiple places on the 2nd and 1st floor. Chuck and DJ came to assess the situation and give an estimate. They were quick and very professional. I would recommend them any day!

My experience with the Crofton ServePro team warrants 5 stars. They responded to a flooded basement immediately and were on site the next morning. The guys were courteous and professional. The managers stayed in touch with me throughout the week-long job, stopping by to monitor progress and equipment. They worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company and the billing was simple and fair. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

During a historical rain, our townhome's basement got flooded just as we were about to sell the property. We lived far away, so we hired a restoration company. They wanted over six grand to fix the damage, which seemed outrageous. Thankfully, we got another estimate from SERVPRO of Crofton, MD, and they quoted just over two grand, which was much better.

Even though we were 400 miles away, SERVPRO started the work immediately and kept us updated regularly. Within four days, they finished the job, and we paid them. However, another contractor we hired later found a problem with the tile flooring in a storeroom. I was upset and called Jim from SERVPRO, but it turned out that I had misunderstood what they were supposed to do. Jim was understanding and fixed the issue at no extra cost.

I was so worried about the progress that I drove all the way from North Carolina to Maryland at 4 am to check on things. When I arrived, Jim and his co-worker were just finishing up the job, and the floor was in great condition - dry, clean, and mold-free!

I must say, the customer service and workmanship from SERVPRO of Crofton were the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend them for their professionalism during this stressful time. They definitely deserve five stars for a job well done!

Absolutely excellent service by Chuck! He explained everything, worked with me on times that were most convenient around my work schedule. And probably the best part was that I received a phone call back within 5 min when I called Sunday morning on Father's Day. Chuck was able to come by within 10 minutes to assess my situation & immediately got to work on getting rid of the wet carpet, insulation, & drywall. Would highly recommend!

It all started with wanting a new and fresh start in our home office. After pulling up the carpet, we quickly realized we were dealing with something much bigger… the lingering odor of pet (and human) urine that had soaked into the subfloor over time. We knew that before installing new carpet, we had to fully address the problem and make sure it was handled the right way.

We reached out to SERVPRO of Crofton/Odenton/Severn for an estimate, and that’s when we met Chuck, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment he arrived, Chuck was knowledgeable, kind, personable, funny, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, offered prevention tips for the future, and answered every single question we had along the way (and trust me, there were a lot!).

Chuck didn’t just come to do a job, he truly cared. He cleaned and treated the affected subfloor with an enzyme-based cleaner, scrubbed the area by hand, and even cleaned inside a nearby floor vent that had also been affected. He then left an air scrubber running over the weekend and came back afterward to apply a special sealant that blocks odor and prevents anything from bleeding through.

What stood out most was his patience and compassion. I’m a caregiver for my dad, who is living with dementia, and Chuck never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable when I needed to step away to help him. His understanding meant more than words can express!

We reached out for help with an odor issue, but what we got was so much more - peace of mind, education, and a genuine sense of care. The communication was fast (we got our estimate within hours), the work was meticulous, and the results exceeded our expectations.
