We found Bayside through a frantic internet search when our AC had gone out AGAIN in the summer heat (while pregnant, mind you. Not fun). We were unsatisfied with another local company who continued to give us the run around and couldn't figure out what was wrong.
One phone call later, Bayside comes out less than 24 hours later and is able to diagnose the issue. Kevin was an absolute gem and really helped us to understand what was going wrong with our hvac system and was thorough in explaining why. He gave us multiple options for where to go from there and as soon as we decided, he promptly scheduled us to have it fixed. We finally have stable ac and heat! Could not recommend Bayside enough!!!

Kevin was a lifesaver! He came out and diagnosed the problem with my heating system on short notice at the end of the day on a Tuesday. I wasn’t available the next day, so he came out first thing on Thursday morning and had me back up and running before 11:00. He provided estimates, let me know what he was doing throughout the process, and was unfailingly professional. Would recommend 10/10.

Kevin, Jason and Ray did an excellent job replacing our heat pump and air handling unit. Before doing the job, Kevin was very thorough in taking measurements and designing a system that will be best for our situation. They arrived at the stated time and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. We were very happy with Bayside!
