My dryer was making a scraping and squeezing sound. I called Cinch home warranty and they sent a company that came out and said they were going to attempt to locate the parts I needed and contact me. After waiting 2 weeks I never heard from them. I called Cinch warranty and they called Refresh appliance services, made an appointment with them. An hour later Refresh appliance called me, scheduled for the next day, they arrived on time, had the parts on the work truck and repaired my dryer immediately, less than an hour. The rep was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will call them for all my appliance needs. Thank you very much.

Absolutely incredible. They came out and fixed my washing machine working with my insurance was not easy, but this company came out after four different companies and they were the ones to repair it and get everything in motion for me. Incredible service.

Rashid was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service and effective communication throughout the service time. I requested an advanced call and he provided more than enough time. Even the gentleman who answered the office phone each time was pleasant and accommodating. It was A+ service!

Based on the repair needed, they assumed what the potential problem was and came with the necessary parts. They were spot on with their assumption. Very efficient. Thinking ahead, all too rare these days. Very pleased and will definitely use again, when the need arises.

Rashid, the technician, first solve it with simple steps but said he’d return with the computer parts otherwise. He returned with the parts on a Saturday morning,, spent two hours and now it’s working as well as ever. Great service!

After waiting for repair from Topline Appliances since August 31st, finally Refresh Appliance Services repaired my clothes dryer today Oct 13th!! Same day repair. I'm beyond thankful. Thank you Refresh Appliance Services. They also repaired my dishwasher previously.. working great still.

Refresh Appliance Services was exceptionally helpful in obtaining a part for our oven that was covered under extended warranty. They were available on short notice, completed work quickly, accurately, professionally, and were a delight to interact with. In any over repair, we will contact them directly

They scheduled the appointment very quickly, came in assessed the problem, needed a part, he came back next day now dryer is fixed and working fine.

Had a great experience with Rashid! The last technician (from a different company) came and left as quickly as possible without actually diagnosing the problem. Rashid took the time to discover that the dryer vent was clogged, which was why the fuse kept getting blown. He was kind and and took the time to talk to me and explain everything. Would highly recommend!

This company was sent to me through my home warranty contract. The diagnostic service call was one technician who was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem, and a new motor had to be ordered. I was contacted promptly after receipt of the replacement motor.

The actual service trip required two technicians. The guys were both professional, and answered any questions I had. There was an unexpected problem with the removal of the old motor, but they worked diligently until the problem was solved. The guys returned everything back to it’s original place, and cleaned up behind themselves. I am very pleased with their service.
