Leo was great, very respectful and helpful, showed up exactly when he said he would and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would absolutely have recommended and used this service again. He sent me an estimate for the repairs VERY quickly, which I appreciated. However, the follow up communications were way too frequent and insistent. Within a few hours of sending the estimate, I received a follow-up call asking if I'd decided how to move forward yet (I hadn't), saying that he wanted to close out the case. When I declined moving forward with repairs and asked him to invoice me for the service charge, he texted and emailed me the invoice immediately, which was helpful. However, in addition to the texted and emailed invoice, I received 2 text reminders, 1 email reminder, and one follow up phone call within 36 hours, urging me to pay the invoice so that they could close out the case. All of this was within 48 hours of his initial visit. The incessant follow-up communications mean I won't use this service again.

Leonard has excellent knowledge of appliances and acumen in identifying the problem. Excellent service: easy to schedule appoints for initial evaluation and repair. Reasonable Price: final bill was very reasonable and competitive with other companies Quality: True Fix first repaired the dishwasher and it has worked effectively. Called True fix for refrigerator ice maker. Repair was completed as soon as the part was available.
I would highly recommend Leo LNU, the TruFix Appliance Repair & Services owner. My 4-month old KitchenAid refrigerator had developed an unusual noise. After I had paid for multiple misdiagnoses by alleged appliance repair technicians, I was ready to get rid of the refrigerator and look for a new one. My wife, however, took the time, identified Tru Fix, and then contacted Leo. Once on the scene, Leo examined the refrigerator for a short time, correctly identified the cause of the refrigerator noise, and fixed it. This is the sequence you want when you have a problem with a large appliance.
Leo came out the next day to replace the drum rollers and idler pulley on our Whirlpool dryer. He was polite, pleasant and work was clean and efficient.
