Determined the need for a new icemaker. Ordering new part and rescheduled appointment on 12/18/25 to install.

I paid for the 5 year Sears Extended warranty plan and I have had two repairs done on my tractor, one for a pulley and the latest for a slipping drive belt. I made a quick and easy appointment. The warranty is well worth the price, The tech came to my house and fixed my tractor in no time . Very prompt and courteous service. THANX

Technician was pleasant, professional, and provided helpful tips to keep in mind. As a first time homeowner there are somethings that are common sense but not so common sense if you haven't experienced certain situations before. The technician's suggestions were presented in a helpful way instead of a condescending way which I very much appreciated. Apparently something was loose in my fridge and it was causing the light to not turn on. He fixed it quickly and efficiently. He made it look so easy and thats why he's the expert.

On time and very professional. Immediately identified the problem, ordered the parts, and returned to make the repair expertly and efficiently. He was one of the best technicians we've has in our home. Would love it if he could be our overall appliance tech for other items in our home that would require repairs in the future.

While Donta wasn't able to fully fix my issue(I need a new dryer), he communicated well my issues, attempted to remedy them and was very respectful. He is great and would highly recommend him

Scott was able to get our machine running by discoving a small contact that the previos technition had missed while installing a new mother board on our whirlpool washer.

Scott performed a maintenance check-up on our washer and dryer. He was knowledgeable of our specific appliances and worked in a very friendly personable manner.

I requested a microwave breakdown to my home insurance coverage. Mr.Olumpiu was the contractor through Sears that was sent for the diagnostic and repair. I would say that I was really pleased by his level of professionalism and how efficient the work was done.
