Proven honesty and competency! I had a new oven delivered today. The Home Depot technician told me that the oven did not work because a breaker NEEDED to be replaced, as he explained was based on the Error code that showed on the display (low power). I was told to call a electrician to replace the breaker. I found Hyman and chose him because of proven 51 years in business. I have never used them before so I was ONLY a potential new customer. Instead of immediately scheduling a visit, he told me they wanted to SAVE ME MONEY, if possible. With patience and care ON THE PHONE, he walked me through my breaker box and had me switch it twice, then back to my oven, and it worked! He even explained why the low power code initially appeared then disappeared...due to the smart system rebooting. I then baked my cookies! Another electrician would have come right out and at least charged me a service call visit minimum charge. We don't have many left like Hyman Electric, but I will now make his company my Electrician of choice!

When I purchased a new house, I knew going in that the electrical system needed a lot of work. I got quotes from several contractors, but Bill Hyman took the time to talk through all of the intricacies with me even before I signed a contract. I eventually contracted with Hyman Electric to do a heavy-up of our panel and meter. Hyman's team of Jeremy and Kevin did a great job; punctual, professional, and clean. I will continue to use Hyman for my electrical needs in the future,
