I used TCT for a number of years. Pros: I liked the all natural cleaning products. The ladies who cleaned were very nice and so is the owner. They were also absolutely honest: I had lost a ring in my house and the ladies found it and returned it to me. The cleaning was done extremely well and efficiently. Cons: The service has a lot of room for improvement with reliability and ultimately this is why we switched services. On a given day, I didn't always know when they were coming. They were only on time about half the time. There were two days when I got to mid-afternoon and still hadn't heard from them. When I texted I found out that their schedule had gotten messed up and they wouldn't be coming. I do understand that schedule changes happen and it's possible to get behind even by hours. But please keep your customers in the loop. If they can address the reliability issues I would happily hire them again.
