I had an excellent experience with this company. I found them on the internet and selected them because of their 5 star Google rating and large amount of reviews. I was not disappointed and they earned another 5 stars from me. I called for a same day appointment because I was working from home and wanted to avoid taking off of work. The technician, Chris was at my home within 1.5 hours of calling for an appointment. He was very clear in is explanations of my plumbing issues. He let me know what potential issues he could run into along the way which unfortunately did occur. He let me know the charges upfront before doing any work and when something changed he kept me well informed. While working he kept his work areas tidy by using drop cloths and wore shoe covers as he traveled in an out of my home. He was extremely professional and a nice person. When I have a plumbing need in the future I'll definitely use Benjamin Franklin again and will request Chris! Thanks for the great service.

Jeremy Fellows did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet and repairing the drain traps under the same kitchen sink.
We were.very impressed with the work when it was completed.
I would not hesitate recommending Ben Franklin Plumbing to any family member or friend. Kudos!
