Excellent service. Tyler was exactly on time, very personable and explained everything he did to unplug my bathroom sink and replace a leaking pipe. The work took less than an hour. I have used Service Force Plumbing several times and will use them again.

We had Garrett come over and we needed a lot of our copper pipe replaced with flex. We also decided to get a new water heater and relocate it. Garrett was very knowledgeable. I don't know how long he's been doing this but it's been awhile since he know just about every piece there was inside my home. These guys made us feel comfortable and didn't push us as well as giving us options. I've been through a lot of plumbers but these guys I'll stick with since the price is fair and the quality of work is great. If you need a good plumber for piping or a water tank replacement ask for Garrett.

Excellent explanation of the various options for a new water heater. Price was quite reasonable. The installation went very smoothly with a very professional crew. We're very pleased.

What a great experience with our plumber Tyler! He was super friendly, walked my wife through each step of his diagnosis and repairs. He was straightforward about costs along the way and did high quality work. My toilet and sink are in better shape than they have been in years. I can't say enough good things about Service Force Plumbing. This will be a long post, but it's worth it to share the peace of mind we got from this company. They truly saved us.

We had a flood in the basement in mid-December. During remediation, the cleanup team discovered a floor drain hidden under laminate flooring (thanks, house flippers...). We could not figure out what was going on though. Was the drain clogged? Was the pipe cracked? Was water coming up from the floor or the horizontal pipe adjacent to the drain that seemed to be coming from nowhere (or both)? A second, terrible flood left us desperate for answers and in need of a fast but top-notch repair.

Right from the beginning, I was impressed with the high-quality customer service provided by Service Force when I called. I spoke with Roy, one of the co-owners, who listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions, and assured me that Service Force could help. He sent master plumber Hendrik out to do a FREE estimate later that day. That was a huge green flag, as most plumbers charge at least $100 just to do an assessment.

When Hendrik arrived, he was friendly and professional. It was clear that he was an expert in his field. He shared his expertise and explained what he would do if this was his home--he even talked us down from some expensive, unnecessary repairs pushed by another plumber. The estimate was really reasonable, and we scheduled demo/investigative work for a few days later.

That day, Colby arrived on time and got right to work. After jackhammering the floor, he discovered two main issues: A cracked PVC from the kitchen and a completely clogged cast iron pipe (also connected to the kitchen drain). Hendrik came out to help, and together they replaced the Y piping, tested the new pipes, installed a new floor drain, and filled in the pit. The work was solid.

We also decided to have Service Force install a sump pump. The next week, Brian and his colleague arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the pump installed within a few hours. The final result is beautiful! I am so impressed with the quality of work from all the technicians on the team. Service Force really knows what they're doing.

Even more important than the outstanding work and reasonable prices is the fact that Service Force cares about their customers. Hendrik went out of his way to send a report to our insurance company and share his expert opinion. He could tell we were new homeowners in a tough situation, so he provided some discounts and tips on maintenance. I felt like every technician listened carefully and walked us through things before jumping into the work. The team communicated wonderfully overall, and scheduling was a breeze.

I can't express how relieved we are to have found Service Force. They saved us from future disasters and restored our sense of safety/comfort in this home. This is the standard of customer service and care that one dreams of. They've earned our business from here on out.

I recently had an excellent experience with the Service Force Plumbing company when they replaced a leaky WSSC main water service pipe under the driveway at the front of the townhouse. Brian, the lead plumber, and his assistant, Ken, arrived on time, quickly identified the source of the leak, and explained the process clearly. They had all the necessary tools and completed the job efficiently in two days. What impressed me most was Brian and Ken's courteous attitude, ensuring everything was clean on the driveway before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Peter was happy w/the service provided by Tyler today, especially because Tyler is an effective communicator whose explanations were easily understood by a layperson with limited plumbing knowledge. We will request him when we need to replace our water heater.

$60 for a 15 min diagnostic to change a filter for a shower. The guy was really nice but then said that he would charge $200 to take it apart to see what kind of cartridge we need (30min) work and then another $200 to install and that's not even including buying the part. I did not go with this plumber. Wasted $60

They are very professional with the intake process and installation work.

There was a missing part during the initial installation and they handled it with grace and efficiency to make it whole.

My husband and I are really appreciated the job Service Force did for us!

Our sump pump was keep pumping water to backyard, but we never had water be pumped before, even in heavy rain. After we called WSSC emergency line, they had technician inspected and said the issue was the pipe was leaking somewhere between our main valve at front yard to our basement, we have to fix the leaking within 30 days. It's not an easy fix since the pipe need to be repair was underground. We called a couple plumbing companies on WSSC certified list, and we were very lucky to find Service Force. Roy answered our call, even though they were very busy, he had Bryn came over to estimate the issue on the same day after the call. Bryn is a very professional and friendly person, he explained what was the root cause and what would be the plan to fix it, he also answered all the questions confidently. The quote for this project was reasonable too. After we approved the quote, Roy contracted Miss utility to label all the lines underneath. scheduled the project in time... Bryn and Leo came on the scheduled day with a excavator, pretty soon, they replaced the old service line pipe with a new one. Roy coordinated with WSSC came to inspect the job on second morning, after WSSC approved it, Bryan and Carmel filled dirt back and sealed the basement pipe area with cement. Bryan said they will put grass seed on top of the soil at the digger area, so we will have new grass grow back.

The whole process after we approved the quote till the job was done, we don't need to worry anything, all the coordination works no matter was Miss utility or WSSC, Roy did everything for us.

Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with Service Force, all of the staff are professional and nice, they are very honest to customer, give you suggestion with their plan without pressure. We highly recommend them!
