Reviews of local pros in Silver Spring, Maryland

Top notch service for window cleaning! Raphael was professional, timely, and dramatically improved the entire look of the house both outside and in. You never realize how dirty the windows are until Raphael cleans them! This company provides great service for a fair price. Could not be happier!

I will definitely use his service again.
And for sure I will recommend it to anyone.

I hired Rafael to clean the windows at my house and was very pleased with the result. He was punctual, professional, and left everything spotless. I highly recommend his service!

Melvin arrived on time and explained the cleaning procedure. My house had lime from rain and trees around it, and now it looks like its true color. The crew used masks and left the area neat and clean. Melvin llego a tiempo y explico lo que iba a hacer. Mi casa tenia limo por la lluvia y pinos alrededor ella y ahora luce como su color original. El personal uso mascarillas y dejaron el area limpia y ordenada.

If you're looking to get your property ready for spring don't hesitate to call Melvin! He just finished power washing my house, vinyl fence, vinyl pergola and composite deck and he and his worker did an amazing job! I plan to have him come back out to clean our pavers and sidewalk. Arrived on time, clarified what i wanted done, got straight to work and i couldn't be happier with the results. Even moved some heavier items to make sure he reached all surface areas. Reasonably priced and GREAT work! I highly recommend and i know you won't be disappointed!

Melvin R Powerwashing did an outstanding job on my patio cushions. They were on time, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level.

What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work.

The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Melvin did a terrible job with our patio. The power washing was done incorrectly and ended up damaging our outdoor furniture. It’s clear he does not understand proper power washing techniques or how to protect surrounding items. I would not recommend his services.

Absolutely fabulous experience. He answered my call, gave me a quote, arrived, cleaned, transformed. His team member was so sweet and nice and such a hard worker. I wish I had taken before pictures cause this is a radical transformation. so so pleased. Highly recommend.

Perfect 🥰

Melvin was reasonably priced, used quality equipment, efficient, showed up at the promised time. I’d recommend him to any home owner.

He did an amazing job for a great price! I 100% recommend his power washing service to anyone in need.

Came out same-day for a quote, and worked with me to set up a time for him to complete the work later in the week. Did a great job with the gutters and power washing!

Melvin cleans my patio and windows every year and I always call him back bc he does an excellent job and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend.

They came out the next day started working as soon as they arrived and the two man crew did the work of four. They were professional, efficient, and a great value. I would and will recommend Melvin to friends and neighbors.

Melvin and his team came out the next day after we called. They did an excellent job cleaning our home and patio, walkway. See before and after photos. Good prices for great service! Highly recommended.

Melvin did a fantastic job on our house. He power washed the whole exterior including the siding, patios and driveway with everything looking spotless. He also went outside of his normal scope of work and cleaned our utility rooms in our basement. Our construction company left each room with tons of dirt covering both rooms and Melvin was able to clean it all up without getting any water on the carpet in the rooms next door. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a power washer.

Melvin just washed my house, roof, and deck today. He did a great job explaining everything, and the house looks brand new. I will use him again for future jobs, and I highly recommend his services. Thank you, Melvin!
