Reviews of local pros in Silver Spring, Maryland

We used Duct Doctor recently and were very satisfied by their services. They responded to our initial inquiry quickly and provided sufficient information for the service. They came on time on the service date.spending about 3.5 hours to clean all ducts and vents . The after pictures showed the super clean ducts and vents. We can finally breath in house!

Nitin and his crew were very awesome today cleaning the vents. Took their time and did their job to completion. Pricing for all the work was the best in the area, all work done in a timely manner and received great customer service from initial quote with Jennifer to Nitin showing completed work and giving follow up details. Will be back for more work and definitely a recommendation for all friends and family in the area to use Duct Doctor. Great work.

The technicians at Duct Doctor USA of NOVA & Hampton Roads provided excellent service. They arrived on time and either wore slippers or took off their shoes before entering my home. They completed the work needed (dryer vent cleaning) in a timely manner and were courteous and professional at all times. I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them for any air duct cleaning services needed.

The gentlemen who came were more than knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my house. I would certainly recommend them. They came in May 2019 to do whole house duct cleaning, and then again this week to clean out the dryer vent. I am extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend them!!

Service was absolutely wonderful. When I called to set up the appointment, the lady was kind and answered all my questions. The day of service, the 2 men that came were on time, very professional, answered all my questions. They did an amazing and thorough job leaving absultely no mess behind. The house smells and feels better now that we have clean air! I would HIGHLY recommend Duct Doctor.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Duct Doctor last week. They were on time and got right to work checking out the air ducts through out my house. They then set up their equipment and worked diligently without a break until they were done. They also cleaned my dryer vent.

I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Sincerely,

Ginny Herringj

I had a very nice experience with the Duct Doctor team today. The three man team arrived on time, introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and got right to work. They were very cordial and polite during the two hours time of working on my system. They used drop cloths on the floor where the vacuum tubing was laid in the house and when they left the whole system including the areas where they were working was white glove clean! Thanks for a great job done very efficiently!

I am so glad my HVAC company referred me to Duct Doctor. With so many companies offering this service I wasn't certain who would be the best for the job. No question after using Duct Doctor it was them. I was thrilled with the service and professional crew at Duct Doctor. They were helpful and experienced and truly a joy to work with. It was a clean process and my home feels so much better, I can tell a difference in the air quality. I would highly recommend Duct Doctor and this professional and great crew!

I set up an appointment with Duct Doctor, because they were reasonably priced compared to the other companies i called in the area. The process for setting up an appointment was extremely easy. They arrived fully prepared to conduct their work in a very professional manner. The work took all of one hour, and they cleaned up after. I am very satisfied with the work they did, and will use them again in the future.

The guys who came out to service our home system were fantastic. Both of them were professional and took care to be gentle with things around the house. They took before and after pics to show how much cleaner the system is after the work. These guys were the real deal--they are worth the money.

Fantastic company focused on providing excellent customer service. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been very professional and knowledgeable. Nitin and Greg showed up early for the appointment, took time to explain everything they would be doing, performed the service in a clean/efficient manner, and then followed up to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I will absolutely be utilizing Duct Doctor again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of duct cleaning services.

The technicians were very professional and efficient. They were also very friendly and helpful. Our ducts had not been cleaned for a number of years but they did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others. Arriving on time, they set about determining what needed to be done and then started work. They worked straight through getting all of our ducts cleaned and then cleaned up after themselves so that you would hardly know they had been here. They took measures to ensure our safety during this pandemic.

We had a great experience with Duct Doctor! Nitin and Vilma arrived early, worked professionally and explained everything very well. They took and shared pictures to show their work- cleaning hvacs, ducts, dryer vents all the way through. The truck uses a very powerful vacuum and my ducts are now clear of drywall dust and sawdust that had accumulated during our build. Thanks guys! Great experience with a great team.

Nitin and Enrique were absolutely phenomenal! They arrived exactly on time and were in and out efficiently, cleanly, and very professionally. They were polite and friendly. I called on a Wednesday, and was able to get an appointment for Friday early morning. I had a flight on Friday and they came in earlier than their usual hours just to accommodate to my schedule. Absolutely fantastic, definitely using them again and highly highly recommend.

We've worked with Chris and his team to get ducts cleaned in our old house and in our new house. They are extremely responsive and focused on doing the best job for their customers. We have been highly satisfied and pleased with their attention to detail, professionalism and focus on meeting their clients' expectations. That's why we have worked with them through the years and will continue to do so whenever needed. They're a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them.

Enrique and Brian were fantastic and did a great job, especially given the fact that our HVAC unit is in our crawlspace which made it a little difficult to access. I would gladly recommend Duct Doctor!

The team arrived ahead of schedule - and made sure it was okay before arriving. They cleaned our air ducts and registers, and left the place spotless. They were super courteous as well! The pictures were a nice touch!

We will be going back with them to have our air ducts cleaned in the near future.

I am very glad I chose Duct Doctor for the vent and dryer cleaning service. They were very thorough in their work and did a fantastic job.

There were no scaremongering tactics. They had simple yet reasonable pricing. They gave a specific arrival time instead of a window, and were early. This was super helpful in planning our day. Expected cleaning time was an hour and a half but they ended up spending a little over two hours.

During the cleaning we had to turn off the furnace and open the door with an outside temperature in 30s, this dropped the temperature in the house to 67. After cleaning it got 73 in less than an hour. It would have taken more than an hour typically

I recommend them for your duct cleaning services and would definitely use them in the future.

I have nothing but incredibly positive things to say about Duct Doctor! I not only called, but sent an email to Duct Doctor, inquiring about their services. They were incredible responsive and every staff member I spoke with, especially Christopher, was so incredibly informative, kind, genuine, and just top notch to deal with! I didn't know what to anticipate as I had never had my ducts cleaned before, but the crew that came really provided A+++ service! They explained every last detail of the entire process from start to finish, wore protective gear due to COVID, then sent me multiple photos of before and after before they left! The experience couldn't have gone any better and I noticed an immediate difference in air quality by the time they departed. I wish I could've given 10 stars for their incredible customer service and attention to detail. Highly communicative, high quality work, the list goes on! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! EXCELLENT job!!!

My experience with Duct Doctor was great and I would recommend them to anyone. The technicians were easy to schedule and arrived on time. Haven't had a duct cleaning in 20+ years and the team was clean, efficient, and easy to communicate with. The lead technician Nitin was super friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with his team to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks for a great experience!

The team did a great job. Extremely thorough! Before and after pics were unbelievable. I watched the technicians for a while and they were very detail oriented. This was a commercial job done with great care. Since this cleaning was so painless, we will do it much more often knowing that this Duct Doctor team really takes pride in their work.

Chris and his team are outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, reliable, competitively priced and did a great job. We are moving into a new home, just had the floors refinished and wanted to get the ducts cleaned before moving in. Chris had us scheduled within 2 days of my first call and his team even removed their shoes, knowing we had just finished the floors. I could not have asked for better service and offer my highest recommendation. Big Thanks to Chris and the whole NOVA Duct Doctor team.
