Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and met with Darien in early January to contract on going snow removal for my home in Silver Spring for the winter. He agreed to pre-treat the drive and walk way with salt and snow clearing every 2-3 inches. Everything seemed to be in order in advance of the storm this weekend.
Unfortunately, I did not receive any pre-treatment. On Sunday morning, I texted to confirm if he was still able to clear the snow at my house. He responded with "ok i got u." And I never heard from him again. He (nor did someone on his crew) never showed up to clear at any point yesterday or today. I texted again today to ask if he would be able to come out today, and I received no answer. I texted to ask if would let me know either way, so I could make other arrangements and I received no reply. I called his mobile. He picked up. When I said who I was and asked if he was still able to clear the snow at my house. He said something inaudible and hung up on me. This service is no service at all. Unreliable, unprofessional, and discourteous. In the end, I had to find somebody else to clear the snow. I never heard from him and I am still baffled as to why.

I was impressed with their customer service and follow up. I reached for a quote for my home and my husband office building. They came out the same day and walked me through what services they would be providing. They did a great job pretreating and cleaning all sidewalks. My husband was so impressed that he recommended them for two other jobs for some of his employees. Thank you.... Grayline Service for such great service....
