Major League has done all the work I’ve needed done for my house. Called them the first time, and haven’t called anyone else. They always do quality work. I’ve had George, Brian, and Tucker among others come out and do quality work. I recommend them.

I had a potential emergency with my shower and after calling Major League Plumbing in the morning, I had a plumber at my door a few hours later. Cannot say enough good things about Tucker—he was informative, friendly and put me at ease with his service. The whole experience further confirms why I continue to choose this company. Consistency and exceptional customer service—-so very grateful!

I was hesitant to call a plumber. Didn't want to deal with the kitchen sink leak I was having. I reached out to Major League Plumbing and got a call right back. Within a couple of hours got a call and said Ryan will be there in 15minutes which he was! He was so pleasant and professional. My dog is a barker and my dog went right up to Ryan and he made the time to connect with dog. He looked at my sink and he knew right away I needed a faucet replacement. He also drained my bathroom sink. HE was ale to go and get a Moen faucet in a few minutes and installed it with no problem. I was very happy and felt well taken care of. Ryan definitely knows his stuff and how to get the job down with ease. I think he went above and beyond. Very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Ryan and I would highly recommend Major League Plumbing! Why go anywhere else!!

What a great company, very knowledgeable and great communication. Just had a tank booster put on my water heater and it was a fast and what a great job they did. Their awesome worker(Tucker Coleman) did a great job and answered all my questions I had. And ran through everything I needed to know about my life after tank and booster. Would definitely continue to use their company!

Great experience! Would highly recommend. From the time I made the call to their office, until the work was completed- very polite and professional. Showed up right on time, did a very thorough job and is reasonably priced ! Very pleasant to work with. We'll be sure to call them again if we need plumbing services !

They installed a UV light for me six months ago. Because I left the light on while we were away for the winter, the O-ring cracked and the unit started leaking. I called for service and they came in three hours. Since it was my screw-up, I told them I expected to be billed. They refused to bill me and called it a warranty item. Always quality and prompt work and now this above and beyond.

Our hot water heater went kaput on Friday morning. Water was flooding everywhere under our house. We were able to turn off the water flow, but our tank was fried. We had to wait until Monday to get it worked on, but that was our choice, (we didn't consider this an emergency.) Monday morning their service repair man, Mike, came out and let us know that our 25 year old heater had finally said "I quit." He was very patient with my one-thousand questions, and had it repaired in no time at all. He even gave us helpful ideas to keep our new heater in good condition. Morgan, their office manager, was also very helpful, explaining things to me. I definitely will call them again should the unfortunate need arise!

Major League Plumbing did an awesome job for us. Jeff installed an extra water holding tank and rerouted a few supply lines . With out asking, he put new shut off valves . Bravo!! Over and above in his service. BEST COMPANY around.

As a local realtor, I heavily rely on local businesses to serve fast, accurate and professional and Major League Plumbing has been doing just that every single time! One of their licensed plumbers, Tucker, is a great example of professionalism, attention to detail and timeliness exceeding my expectations (which are admittedly high) just yesterday when he replaced all plumbing in a listing of mine. Thank you for the great work done! Absolutely recommend without hesitation!!

Update January 2026: Another very positive experience with Major League Plumbing! We needed a new electric hot water heater and George and Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time and very efficiently installed our new heater. From the estimate to the scheduling to the finished job everything was very professionally. I highly recommend Major League Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs! They are the best!

Update: I asked George to come out because I broke something that he had fixed on their last service call. He came out right away and fixed my mistake. I can't say enough good things about this business, a rare find today. If you were lucky enough to work with Pat from Magothy Plumbing who sold his practice to Major League be assured that you will get the same level of top notch service that he was known for.

Everyone I had contact with from Major League Plumbing was very professional, courteous, and responsive. They showed up when promised, did a great job at a fair price and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before they left. Highly recommend!

Hands Down the best Around. Had a huge sump pump problem in my encapsulated crawl space that could have turned out really bad. I called this morning, talked to Morgan who told me Jeff(Best around) would be out to assess my situation between 1-3pm, at 11:00 am Morgan called back and said Jeff finished up early with the job he was at and was on the way to my house. We went over what was going on he gave me a great price, then ran back to the shop to get what he needed and got me fixed up and piece of mind early. I was in the service business for 40 plus years and Major League Plumbing is the best. And I hear good reviews on Service Techs get them a bonus… For Jeff you can double or triple it, his courtesy and professionalism is the best. Very prompt, professional, reasonable priced and this have relied on Major League Plumbing for many of our needs.

One of the most distressing experiences is to have a major septic drain backup on a holiday weekend. That happened to my family over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. A call to our regular plumber was met with a recorded message to get back in touch on Monday. Looking online and making several other calls to local plumbers produced similar results. Not so with Major League Plumbing. My call was answered by a kind gentleman who said that he would have Jeff come to the house in less than an hour. This was on a Saturday during Thanksgiving weekend. Jeff came out immediately and was a delight to work with. In a word he was OUTSTANDING. He explained the pricing structure before doing any work. He found a major clog in our septic line and began the work as soon as we consented to the service. Jeff worked about an hour and resolved our problem. We now have a new plumber - Major League Plumbing - which fortunately is on Kent Island where we live. If you are in need of a plumber and you want to deal with a person and not an answering machine I highly recommend Major League Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

We called them again for plumbing needs in our kitchen. They did another fantastic job for us. This is our 3rd time using their services. They're excellent in customer service & very reasonably priced.

Had a plumbing not draining. Called and talked to Morgan and she sent a tech out within 2 hours ( on a Saturday ) Mike was able to clear the obstruction in about an hour. He was really nice and professional, was respectful of the house and bathroom work area, cleaned up after completing the job. The price was excellent. Major League Plumbing is now my “Go to” plumbing service and I HIGHLY recommend their service!

We would highly recommend this company! Courtney has absolutely amazing customer service and such a sweetheart, and Ryan was equally amazing and was able to fix our hot water within days (something that could taken a lot longer!). It is so rare to come across a company these days that has a heart for their community, but this one is IT! We will definitely use them in the future.

George was on time, very knowledgeable, and explained the problem well and didn’t stop until it was fixed!!! We have used this company before and will happily continue to do so!!!!!!

Major League was quick to respond when we found multiple leaks in our home during a crawlspace encapsulation project. They were respectful, exceptionally responsible, and a pleasure to work with in a stressful situation.
