First time using Brosenne Electric and it won’t be the last. We have several projects we would like to have done and they will be the company to do it. DJ was so polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything beforehand and cleaned everything up before he left. We are very happy.

Jacob and Ethan came out on a Friday afternoon on an emergency job. They clearly explained the work that needed to be done, the permitting and inspection process, and got the job done very quickly, minimizing the amount of time the house was without power. They did a great job.

Ethan and his assistant carefully diagnosed the problem was a severed ground wire and minimized the damage to my front yard to install the new upgraded wire and installing an upgraded GFCI breaker for the circuit. They both were very courteous and professional and completed the job without any glitches. I definitely would use them again for my electrical work.

Jacob was great! He arrived on time and was friendly. He went over his findings and spoke to us about our options - taking his time to make sure we understood and listened to our concerns. You can tell he genuinely cares about his career and customers. Later that day, Ethan came by to start on some work and solve an issue that has just popped up. He was patient while resolving the issue and also did well communicating information to us. We appreciate him taking the time to come back and not pushing us off until the next business day, especially since it was getting to be later in the day.

Jacob and Ethan were fantastic from communication to performance. Also were flexible to meet my schedule demands due to unforeseen circumstances and ensured I was educated properly to operate my new transfer switch. Vacuumed my basement when job was complete, leaving it better than they found it.
