Unbelievable Service ! We have well water and woke up one morning and had no water pressure. I called them an there were 2 qualified service techs, Mike Jr and Billy, out to our house in under 2 hours. I explained that the last time this happened I had to replace my water pump. They could have easily replaced my pump for a very expensive repair. Instead, they took their time to identify the problem and ended up fixing our pressure switch. Thanks Guys, you're our go to plumber for life !

We have used Runk Plumbing in the past and have been very happy with their service. Having found a leak under our sink they were the first I thought to call. Appointment was set up for Wednesday after calling in a Monday which was okay since it was a power room not used that often. When service person arrived he could not find the leak but did notice corrosion around the pipe extending down from the hot water handle. So we discussed and decided to replace the faucet completely. Service person went out to purchase the new faucet came back and installed it. Great work but was astonished at the bill just short of $500 no itemized bill to explain why it was so high will always in future ask for pricing before continuing

I have used Michael Runk three times, most recently for a huge job extending gas line and installing new water heater. Each time they have been professional, responsive, friendly, and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have called on Michael Runk Plumbing and Heating for all of my plumbing needs. Michael and his team answer emergency calls (I had a main pipe burst in the basement and was able to repair emergently), had another leak resolved from the HVAC humidifier, had my hot water tank replaced by Michael, and gave me the advice to contact MOEN for a much needed replacement kitchen faucet in which Michael installed for me this morning. Stephen is the absolute best plumber, he does a great job all the time, every time. He is so professional and so efficient. Erin is the best with scheduling all services and she is so nice and professional.
