This guy gave me an outstanding price and made a carpet I was about to throw away look brand new. You will not find better. Just hire him already.

I tried to get information about the cleaning methods used in order to determine whether this company is right for me. I have an infant who is just learning to crawl so I am careful not to use chemical products which could be harmful and instead look for organic cleaning methods. I asked the owner about his products and he told me that he cannot tell me what products he uses and that in asking those questions, I am "too particular". He also added that even if he tells me what he uses that I "would not understand"! In a day and age when we have to be careful about what chemicals and products we are exposed to, it is shocking that Albert Carpet Cleaning would decline to answer questions regarding what chemical products would be inserted into my carpet. Every other company I spoke to was very kind and thorough in explaining their cleaning methods and products.
This company left me with a very negative impression.

Albert showed up to my house 20 minutes late. He couldn’t figure out how to park - despite there being spots all around. He refused to move one item on the ground that I asked him to remove. He then told me I had an attitude and left my home.

Albert did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. He removed all the stains in my carpet and my carpet looks very very nice.

Albert was great, very quick, easy to schedule. He got out some old pet stains, left our carpet looking brand new. Definitely going to work with him again next time.

Came a bit early but worked out for me. Courteous and was extra careful as we just painted the entire house.

Carpets were clean and dry within 24hrs. There were some stains that Albert was not able to completely get rid of but they look better now. I think the previous homeowner never did a thorough cleaning.

His prices are extremely competitive. He is also very responsive.

Albert has been cleaning in couches for well over a year - I have two dogs who love to play in the mud. My couches look good as new whenever Albert finishes! Highly recommend!

Albert is the best! This is the 2nd time I asked him to come as he did a spectacular job last time in my basement and stairwell. There were so many stains in the rooms and also the staircase leading upstairs. As he did last time, he was able to get all the stains out and leave my house looking like NEW!! I would highly recommend him for any carpet cleans! You won't regret!
