Trish is reliable and cleans very well. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service and Tri-County has made it a great experience.

Service was fast ,easy and affordable. I looked all over for a cleaner and couldn't get anyone especially last minute. They worked with me and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone who hates cleaning as much as I do

Over the last year or so I’ve had three different workers in the same company come and clean and all of them have been very good. They are excellent. I think they’re well worth the money. they are punctual, right on time, keep good close contact. I think you’re very good. I would highly recommend them.

The worst experience​ I've​ ever​ had with anything in my life. I see why there arent any reviews. If I could give this place 0 stars i would. This place is extremely racist do not hire them if you are of color. I called for an estimate and when a lady came out and she came up with a dumb excuse saying I freaked her out because a donut truck was outside. I looked outside and there was no truck. She was there less than 2 mins and decided she couldn't do anything. Being a business owner and a homeowner working out of my home having someone not even look around and say "I cant do anything for you" really makes you wonder. She said that she would send someone else out but no one showed up. I called again and asked for someone to give me an estimate and they wouldn't even take my call. This is after I p​ut in a request they called me like 20 times as if they couldn't wait to get my business but once they showed up and saw I was black they didn't want anything to do with me. it's 2018 and you still have to go through this, this place is disgraceful.

Amanda is always on time, professional and keeps in mind the holidays when the house may need extra attention. She is a life saver. I am so happy I found this agency. Thank you Tri-County for making things a little easier.

Totally satisfied with the work they do and more importantly, their reliability. There is no wondering if they will show up. We are delighted with Jamie - and the ladies that filled in for her while she was on maternity leave. It was seamless.

When I hire a cleaning service, I expect to get the same person each time so that they know my home and areas to be cleaned and I know who is in my home when I am not there. I pay at the time of service each time and I expect my payment to be deposited promptly after service (within a week - they hold checks for over a month and sometimes lose them and then come back and ask if you ever paid). I expect this person to show at the routine scheduled time to clean the home and not continually change schedule that impacts my day, and mostly I want the home cleaned for the amount of money spent. If you have any of these needs for your cleaning service, this is not the service for you. I have dealt with changing people to suit their schedule without any notice provided when I have insisted on knowing who comes in; broken items; unacceptable cleaning and changes in schedule that has the cleaning person in my home still after 5PM when I want to get home and prepare meals at a reasonable hour but have to wait because of delayed start to clean that day. Unprofessional and unorganized management that has an excuse each issue and most important, completely unacceptable cleaning service provided (see pic of last complaint of lack of cleaning before termination of services). Unacceptable.

I have been a customer of Tri-County for a couple years now. Its always a pleasure to come home after Sherry has cleaned. The kitchen shines and everything smells so good. Thanks Sherry and Tri County for what you do!

Sherry is amazing!! I had her for a few years now. My floors look brand new every time she comes! House is always smelling great and spotless! Highly recommend Sherry!

I had high hopes. The owner was very nice and talked about the way her employees would clean my home. The first visit was acceptable, the 2nd visit the shower was not cleaned, coffee ring on dresser, kitchen counters were not wiped down, stainless steel appliances not wiped down-finger prints on refrigerator and microwave, cook service not wiped down. They will vacuum the heck out of your carpet though. Expressed my concerns and gave a 3rd attempt. 3rd attempt was no better, food crumbs on the kitchen counter, stainless not wiped, no vacuum run under area rugs, dog hair on the floor. The best part, they billed me for full payment for the third and final cleaning.

We've been using Tri-County for almost 8 years now and have always had reliable service. Amanda is doing a great job and continuing the high quality cleaning that they have always provided. They work with our preferred schedule but can be flexible when necessary. I also appreciate the convenient on-line billing.

On my first cleaning a bag of my daughters clothes was thrown out. On the second , the girl walked out when I asked her to please clean my coffee and end tables. The cleaning was not complete. I complained but was still billed full price. A new girl started coming for a few weeks that was great but the company was unable to retain her. Another girl was sent. My mirrors, windows, fans, blinds, and base boards were never cleaned though that is included in the price. I complained and still was billed full price. A new girl was sent and she dropped my diamond stud down the bathroom sink. I had to pay full price despite having to have my pipes taken apart to retrieve the stud. Finally the same girl who was doing a sub par job anyway sprayed cleaning on my refrigerator and did not wipe it off. This caused permanent discoloration to all three handles . I complained. A new girl was sent to try and fix it and she could not. I was STILL billed full price. I sent a bill to the owner Monica asking for reimbursement. She told me it was like that when her cleaner got there and she would not be reimbursing me. She had however posted about my handles on a private Facebook cleaning group and was told by others that she needed to replace my handles. DO NOT let these people into your home! The service was simply horrible and Monica was terrible. I can not warn you off strongly enough!!!

I am completely satisfied with this cleaning service. It started with Monica setting up service and listening to my wants and needs and setting me up with the perfect person. Trish is reliable, trustworthy, pays attention to detail, listens to feedback,implements it, And is an all-around professional. My two-year-old loves her And gets really excited when she comes to clean! Trish has Been eager to learn what we like clean in our house and What is important to us. I highly recommend her and this company.
