I had grab bars and dimmer switches installed. The technician was very nice and did good work. He cleaned up when he was finished. I am pleased with the work done. This is a great company to call when you need work done that you can't do yourself. I highly recommend.

I found Mr. Handyman from doing a Google search. I contacted them and someone immediately answered the phone. The person was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was able to send pictures of my work requests to get an estimate. I was able to get an appointment on the day I chose. The technician came on time and was also friendly, helpful, and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I would definitely utilize the services of this company again. My only wish is for them to have evening or weekends hours so I wouldn't have to take off work.

We have nothing but praise for Mr. Handyman of Northern Baltimore County. Their Customer Service Representatives were professional, kind, patient, and extremely responsive, and Michael, the Technician who came to perform the work, did an amazing job. Michael was professional, respectful of my mother’s home, skilled, and extremely experienced. When I called Mr. Handyman of Northern Baltimore County, I explained that my mother had a leaking pipe behind custom, hand-carved wood paneling and a bar that my father installed many years ago, and we needed a handyman with carpentry experience to remove the paneling/trim with as little damage as possible to enable it to be put back after the pipe was fixed. I also explained that we knew that there is mold behind the wall. None of this deterred Mr. Handyman. After uploading pictures of the wall and bar, they selected Michael as the best Technician for the job, and they were right. Michael reviewed the photos first, and based on his evaluation, Mr. Handyman provided us with accurate time and cost estimates. Michael showed up on time and carefully removed the hand-carved wood trim and wall panels so that they can be replaced after the pipe is fixed. He also took out a double sink, part of the hand-carved bar top, and stucco ceiling to enable full access to the pipes. He did everything in such a way that it can be re-installed down the road when we are ready. Please note that we didn’t have Michael repair the pipe(s) because my mother has a service plan which covers plumbing. Based on this experience, we would definitely hire Mr. Handyman of Northern Baltimore County again.

We had a great experience with Mr. Handyman Services at our office building. Technician Doug B. was efficient and professional, and the entire process—from vendor selection and service inquiry to scheduling—was seamless. The customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout. We’re already working on scheduling Doug for another on-site job. Highly recommend!

The recent ice/snow cement and incredibly cold temperatures have caused some damage. Today, J was able to rerout the discharge of my sump pump to avoid an instant skating rink in my driveway.

Michael was wonderful! He was prompt, courteous and very capable. In addition to a kitchen cabinet repair, he took care of miscellaneous small household repairs that I was putting off. Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job on a bathroom remodel of my rental property in Timonium. It came out great (even my wife was satisfied) and it actually cost less than what other contractors were going to charge.

Overall a good experience. Only negative: I scheduled a 2 pm appointment that had to be rescheduled because other earlier appointments that day ran long. It sounded like it was a chronic issue. But I had no problem with the 8 am appointment!

Professional quality work was completed in an timely manner. We needed to replace window screens at seven locations. Pro arrived on schedule (text of pic of pro sent prior) assessed project and secured materials. Satisfied with the level of service. Will use again for home projects.

Teddy came out to fix our 49 year old patio door. He certainly knew his craft. He was able to get our door to be able to be locked and let us know about the warranty and he even liked our 150 pound great dane. We are very happy.

Even though my first appointment had to be canceled by them, they waived the trip charge on the second scheduling.Teddy showed up on time And fixed the issue with my Anderson Storm door. Now I can be Nice and cozy in my house With no cold air coming in. Will definitely be calling them again to deal with some deck/fence repairs

A bit pricey, but Frank does the job well. I have used Mr. Handyman for quite a few jobs, from sump pump replacement to range hood installation (including venting). Highly satisfied with everything.
