6 months ago I had a nightmare experience with this company. After scheduling two separate appointments for a deep clean prior to an open house, the team completely ghosted me. I tried reaching out via phone and email for two weeks leading up to the dates, but received zero communication.
Because they never showed up and refused to return calls, I was forced to clean the house myself and hire an emergency backup team at the last minute to ensure the home was ready for the open house. Their lack of professionalism caused a massive amount of unnecessary stress and extra expense.
If you are on a timeline or need a reliable service, look elsewhere. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Look at some of the owners responses, there’s no accountability. There’s a reason why they’re still a small business after 25 years!!
