So glad I found them!! I use GreenSpring Rug Care for all of our rugs, all of which are hand knotted. We returned from a trip during which our house-sitter had been negligent and we discovered our large living room area rug absolutely soaked in urine. (Our dog is safe and sound though!) I was afraid it would have to be discarded, but GreenSpring saved it! It took SEVERAL cleanings to get the odor out, but they did not charge me extra. Their rug pads are also second to none. I’ll be using them well into the future!

Greenspring Rug Care is the best. They properly clean hand knotted wool rugs, not an easy job. I had 4 rugs cleaned. They look like new. Thanks guys for your hard work. Especially thank you for your Spring Special pricing. Very much appreciated.
