Great informative meeting. Great customer service
-
I’ve asked time and time again! REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL LIST! It’s a every other day I get phone calls from you.
-
Great staff. Very knowledgeable people, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit.
-
Their estimate was absolutely ridiculous! Double what everyone else had given me. Supposedly I was getting a 5% return customer discount and a 25% exterior discount.... Really????
-
Superb kitchen design services. Start to finish they walked us through the entire process.
-
I called for an estimate my roof, my request was for a Saturday and they could not do it for 3 weeks.
-
I found Brothers Roofing company to be very dishonest. They charged my Mother $500.00 for installing 8 brackets for stabilizing part of the gutter on her house.Totally ignoring what they promised to do on the contract total dishonesty
-
Erin and aggue were extremely helpful and kind. They really listened to my ideas and suggested great finishes.

Called to get a estimate on a door. Did the zoom on phone for measurements. Was told they would call the next day. Never heard a word. Just a update. Still no phone call after 10 days.

These psychos tried to run me off the road today while driving their box truck within inches of my car. Couldn’t see anything in my rear view other than their grille. They were driving extremely aggressively, and I’m not some slow grandma driver either. If your employees, or, god forbid, you yourselves drive like this, you have no business being behind the wheel.

My wife and I were referred to "Brothers" by my wifes brother and knowing how pickey he is we made an appt.We needed a complete overhall of our 1955' metal cabinet kitchen and they were ready to tackle the job.The whole experience was very professional yet personal. We 1st met with Bob Poist -the sales rep,he was very knowledgeable and really likable.Bob had us meet at the showroom to go over our options with him and Jaclynne (an interior designer)they really made us comfortable and it made for a fun experience. After agreeing on a date the crew showed up for a 10 day stay. The project mgr. "JJ" took his job very serious and his main goal was our complete satisfaction with the finished product. The team of craftsmen led by Jason and Trevor were spot on when it came to quality, you could tell they took pride in their job and were 100% trustwothy in our home while we worked. We were blown away with the finished kitchen. An awesome company that worked a miracle in our worn out kitchen..........Thanks Brothers

Review not in error .. Timeframe is not relevant, same company, happy to provide copies of the quotes.... As I originally stated - the quotes were high, follow up was poor, took my business elsewhere. Also, Brothers Services can thank Google for reminding me repeatedly to provide a review. Had I not been solicited by the Google AI as much I may have not posted this. Had the quotes not been high and/or a more thoughtful follow-up I could have provided 3, perhaps even 4 stars. I think companies sometimes forget that even if they do not do the work the attention and presentation to a potential Customer means a lot - to assume - or imply - a Customer will forget such an encounter is silly, unprofessional, and should be called out... People do not forget when they are trying to fix their home and keep a roof over their family, literally. Shame on Brothers for questioning my review, reducing my rating to 1 star - Have a nice day.

My husband called Brothers Timonium office back at the beginning of May. We wanted a estimated for getting our whole house remodeled. The customer service rep took our info and said we would be contacted within 48 hrs by a manager. Never received a call back, until 2 weeks later from another customer service rep, basically telling us the same thing. No call back again. I called their this morning to speak to a manager. I had to leave a msg. but still no call back. Bad sign already. If you can't even call someone back seems pretty unreliable. I don't think i would want to fiance a significant amount of money with your company.

I paid Brothers nearly $6,000 to reconstruct the roof on our Portico and repaint the Portico. The first issue was a disagreement over the areas to be painted. After walking through the project with the salesperson and signing a contract, Brothers later began claiming that the contract did not cover all areas to be painted. In the end, I accepted the job and paid to have less work done than I anticipated.
The bigger issue is the fact that the roof was reconstructed improperly. It took several months before I realized, but water is not correctly directed off the roof. It now cascades over all of the decorative painted wooden elements on the portico. Not only does this cause our guests to walk through a waterfall when entering our house during a rainstorm, but our nice white Portico is now stained from where the water runs down its front side, and there are early signs of rotting on the fascia.
Brothers offered to come out and fix the issue 2 months ago, but when it came time to schedule an appointment they became non-responsive. Two months later, I am now writing this negative review on the internet and still have no response AT ALL from them.

My sister hired this company to remodel the upstairs bathroom that we share. They made her switch the date which they would start work to accommodate other projects, but when the foreman arrived he told us that the other projects were delayed. They hired floor contractors who threw a fit when told they needed to wear masks in the house, speeding off after learning that. When we asked that they use other contractors, they lied and said they would but the same team showed up, AND THEN had to come back because they installed the flooring poorly. The bathroom had been inspected before hand and measured, but for some reason they jerry-rigged a 16''-deep sink cabinet to make it 18", splitting the top of the cabinet walls to fit a sink top that, if you're not careful, will break your finger between the corner and the door as it closes. The tile contractors they hired (after a no-show from some 'prodigy' who had been late on another site, or drinking, depending who you asked) to install the tile either didn't read the design plan or didn't admit they'd installed the tile in the wrong pattern, and THEN there was a hold up so that the foreman could 'create a border' out of PVC PIPE to cover up the fact that the roof made it impossible to have a straight border between the wall tile and the tile that covers the slope of the ceiling. That never happened, either. When it was pointed out, BEFORE the floor had to be redone, that the sink was crooked, we were told that the wall was crooked, AND YET the laminate tile pattern made perfect right angles at every corner and had a clean line along the baseboards of the wall that the sink was shimmed against (specifically done because they used a 16" deep cabinet instead of the 18" deep cabinet so they created space on the back by screwing 2x4 to the wall and covering that work with an 18" cabinet wall... make it make sense). They left their paint and all the construction material that was extra behind, they never came in to do an inspection of the 'finished' product, and when we asked them whether they addressed the mold issue in the wall they quibbled about it; now we have mold in places on the wall that we didn't before, and the paint or putty or whatever they were using to 'smooth' the wall that the toilet, cabinet and mirror and lights are attached to is flaking off, the plaster by the new light and fan switches is cracked and the mirror on the medicine cabinet doesn't close, the radiator cover was busted during their time, AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, the manager at whatever level had come to the house, during the period of work, to take the foreman's company credit card!! The level (or lack thereof) of professionalism was abysmal, and it certainly didn't help that the foreman mentioned on several occasions that everything would have been easier if we weren't in the home, and implying that we could trust him and his contractors and that we didn't need to be there. I shudder to think what would have happened had we not been there providing a pseudo supervisory effect. My sister dropped $16k on this remodel, and its a small bathroom in an old house, so maybe we weren't rich enough or luxurious enough of a house for them to put their best foot forward (the way the foreman talked about the other jobs they were working on, you would think they were doing US a favor). I will never use this company and will loudly and ardently caution anyone else considering them to go somewhere else.

Update: Our electrical project is complete and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of both the work and the electrician and his helper. We live in an old house which means there are going to be surprises and challenges. Nick handled it all with good humor and great problem solving skills. Most importantly, Oskar the dog, made two friends for life. I can’t recommend this company enough. Transparent, communicative, professional, courteous, and just nice people.

I can’t say enough about Brother’s Services Company. I had Brother’s refresh two bathroom’s in my house and wouldn’t trust any other company. Their service is outstanding throughout the entire process and it was a wonderful experience on every level. From Erin Fischer, my bathroom consultant to Ricky, the Field Quality Manager to Josh the Lead Carpenter to Tony, it was truly an enjoyable experience. Everyone was extremely efficient, courteous and respectful of me and my home.
Erin did a superior job, truly cared about what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything to make the right decisions about my upgrades. She was upbeat and friendly and took her time in answering my questions and showing me the different choices, she never made me feel rushed.
Ricky oversaw both bathrooms, and Josh and Tony did outstanding jobs on my bathrooms, Tony joined the team for the 2nd bathroom refresh and I feel the same about him; all three are top-notch professionals, considerate, and never made me feel like any of my questions were unrealistic. Josh went over the schedule with me at the beginning and at the end of each day, they made certain to make sure the work was done on time, cleaned up at the end of each day. I trust them 100% in my house since I couldn’t be home. They made me feel comfortable asking questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering or burdening them.
From the quality of the materials, to their high level of service, I highly recommend Brother’s Services and I won’t hesitate to use them again for all my future needs! -
Kudos to Brothers Services for having such professional & personable employees! We met with Danielle & Kayla in the showroom & worked with them selecting all of our tile, hardware, etc, without pressure but with the help we asked for. They worked well together, putting together a terrific plan for our bathroom remodel. After 3 1/2 hours, we were so impressed & satisfied with the deal offered ( 1 yr same as cash), that we signed the contract!
