Terrible customer service. Called for an emergency same-day service and was scheduled for a 4-7:30pm window. No one showed up. Made several calls and spoke to someone who repeatedly said a technician will call and arrive, but no one ever did. Never got a call from them to even explain what happened. Would not use or recommend them.

Horribly experience. Called in and set up the service call at around 11 AM. Was given a window from 12 to 3 PM. Never received a phone call with an ETA or confirmation that they'll show up on site. I called them a total of 4 times throughout the day to get an answer. I was told that the technician would call back. Never received a phone call. Finally got thru and was told that they overbooked services and wont get to me until Friday. I placed the initial call on Tuesday.
