Ecotek did a great job on our house - they most likely aren't the cheapest around but our house looks great. Cant comment yet on the durability - we opted for the the "wax" finish which is supposed to hold up for 24 months. Hopefully it does. Everything looks great though!

Our white house was looking pretty green. We called up Ecotek and scheduled. The process was easy. The tech's were knowledgeable and took care of our house and property like their own. 100% would recommend.

The communication was excellent and everything was done on time and generally well. However, the team left large muddy puddles in our gazebo - pooling dirty water is how the concrete needed the cleaning so badly, so it was frustrating to have to push the water out with a broom my myself after spending multiple hundreds of dollars. I was also unhappy that the team ended up spraying a large amount of mud onto the patio furniture I left to the side. I apparently didn't move it far enough out of the way, which I guess is my fault, but it would have been nice if they had told me that it would get dirty, and I would happily have moved it. I'm not so happy to have paid for the opportunity to do new cleaning to get rid of plastered-on mud.

Update: the owner contacted me quickly after receiving this review and came himself to fix the problems the next day. I appreciated the quick and careful response!

My deck was extremely dirty and I really doubted anyone could clean it. The folks at EcoTek really proved me wrong. They were punctual, courteous, and very professional. Plus, it didn't cost ($) me a small fortune. Keep up the excellent work!

I would not recommend this company. We hired them to softwash our front porch and back patio and walkway. They did not complete the work on the first day and said they would come back the next day to finish due to equipment issues. On the second day they did a horrible job on our back walkway, leaving moss everywhere. I question if they even completed the job because the walkway looked the same as when we started. I called to get clarification and discuss finishing the job and no one called me back. We paid $500 for partial, sloppy work. If you’re on the fence, keep look and find another company!

To start they rescheduled my appointment twice causing me to rearrange my days for their convenience. The wash crew did a so so job. Window frames were left dirty, mold and algae remained on stone and wood walls even though designated to be cleaned. They also left my hose stretched across the driveway with the nozzle gone (minor issue but annoying). Then when they sent me the final invoice there was a “credit card convenience fee” charge attached.
Totally disappointing job

Hard-working and professional on-site team. Tony, the on-the-ground person who made sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to, listened to my questions and concerns and adapted the work accordingly. He was especially GREAT. The job they did was beautiful. My only recommendation to potential clients is that you ask that they bring tarps to cover all plants. The detergent is stronger than I understood that it would be during my initial consultation with the salesperson. It will kill plants that aren't covered by tarps.

A crew of five with two trucks cleaned our community of 15 townhomes, which included the brick facades, steps, driveways, curbs, and the front entrance monuments. This completely changed the look. Nothing had been done for 17 years and it went from mold and dirt surfaces to looking brand new. They were easy to talk to, complied with everything we asked and even did extra areas on their own. Would highly recommend them.

We had neglected our siding and deck for years. Thick green algae was everywhere. There was even moss on my roof. Ecotek gave me an itemized estimate and then showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. It took all day but the algae and dirt are gone. My house looks 20 years newer. Very satisified with their soft was approach. Give these folks a try

About once or twice a year for the last four years, I’ve employed Eco-tek to clean my house’s siding, upstairs roof deck, kitchen deck and front porch. This is a family business and everyone is very responsive, friendly, and efficient. From the front desk to the people who come out to do the work, everyone is informed about the work details, and the team works together efficiently to make sure all the job requirements are met. They also take care not to spray my neighbor’s houses, or get their plants wet. I like that Eco-tek uses special environmentally friendly detergent to get the job done—that’s important to me.

I had my entire property - home, driveway, and detached garage - soft washed by EcoTek. The entire team was professional, skilled, and easy to deal with. Their communications were prompt, clear and thorough.. The evaluation team and soft wash teams were both fantastic. Everyone took time to answer all my questions. They job they performed was well worth what I paid. I would recommend EcoTek to anyone and would hire them again.

Had the house, roof, and brick walk (front and back) cleaned. Wasn't happy with the brick walk when it was done. The employee running the wash crew stated that I was quoted a price for a "soft wash" and not a "power wash," and that was the reason some of the moss did not come off.
The person who came to give me a quote did not tell me there were different washes. That night, I sent an email for Ecotek explaining I was not happy with the finished product. I got a call the next day, and they arranged to have the walk redone the following Monday. Overall, the service was very responsive, and I am now satisfied with all of the work.

I am very pleased with the final results from the soft wash of my home. I gotta say I was a little skeptical that they would not be able to remove the black stains from the gutters and soffits but I was pleasantly surprised. The black stains were removed from the asphalt shingle roof as well and everything really brightened up after the first heavy rain. The harsh chemical smell was expected but dissipated after a few days. I will definitely utilize Ecotek Soft Wash next time and would highly recommend.

I had other companies come out but everything about EcoTek checked all my boxes. Great service, great prices, and so easy to work with. My house looks amazing. I’m not only recommending them but using them again next year.

Ecotek softwash recently cleaned our slate roof and all of the house siding. The workers were professional, polite, and efficient. We are super pleased with the outcome. I have seen other homes in the neighborhood cleaned by other companies, and they do not come up the the Ecotek quality. We will use them again.

The guys who showed up to do the service were wonderful!! Tony was super friendly and addressed my last minute questions/concerns when they arrived. My only call-out would be that I have more sensitive plants effected by the cleaner and my stained deck now has areas with spots on it... had I known the effect the cleaner would have on those areas, I would have put a tarp on those to protect from the cleaner.

We just had Ecotek clean all of our Kingsley Bate furniture from 20 years ago. It turned out like new. They did such a great job. Besides total professionalism - they were pleasant, very eager and concerned,. I high recommend them for any of your sandblasting needs. They are the real deal.

This is the second time we used Ecotek. First time was great, thats why we used this year. This years experience was not good at all. I paid extra for the front deck and sidewalk. The deck was full of mud and what was told to me could be removed was not. The gutters looked like they have never been touched. I had to walk around back and the entire rear wall was not done, and a wall on our breezeway was not done. I had to point this out to the staff, and they pulled there equipment out and cleaned those walls. I should not have to go behind the staff and point out walls. Also the newly planted flower beds were all matted down as if there hoses flattened them. Not a happy customer this go around, use at your discretion. We almost paid double from last year for these upgrades, and special treatment on siding. Im not even sure that was used, so we will see! If anything comes back during the 2 years, they will be coming back for free like they said.

The team from EcoTek were great. We received a quick estimate and a few days later our professionally hung Christmas lights were the talk of the neighborhood. We’re already planning next years project and how we can add to our light display! Best decision we made! Thank you EcoTek!

Ecotek Soft Wash Baltimore cleaned our house on November 15 2023 and did a fabulous job! First time we've used them and the soft wash system. Our house has never been so clean in 27 years. Pat was our outstanding technician! We will use them every year from now on. VERY good!!!!
