Finally just got a call from this company that was sent my LG warranty issue on my washing machine after a week and a half. The person that I spoke to was the rudest person in a customer service position. I WOULD NOT use them even if I needed service.

Dennis is the best repair man that's ever set foot in my house. I hope he never retires. He has fixed my dishwasher a couple times when I thought I'd have to replace it. Such a nice man.

called on Tuesday, made appointment for friday. friday off work no show. called late in the day to see whats happening...said no appointment on the books but knew my name and address...what a joke. no apology or trying to fix problem..
