Mohammad is one of the most hard working and diligent workers you'll meet! He is very responsive, patient and helpful in answering questions. We are renovating our home and he helps us install recessed lights, light fixtures and new outlets. He did a great job! I always struggle to find reliable and competent contractors in Baltimore and I am so relieved I got the opportunity to work with him!

Mr. Dirani is the finest example of a true master craftsman I have ever been fortunate to encounter. On short notice, he came to my home and inspected the problem fixtures in two rooms, suggested solutions, and gave me an accurate schedule for completion. The quality of work he did in a short time is outstanding. he called in advance to ensure the timing was convenient, arrived on time ( actually a bit early ), and accomplished the work carefully and thoroughly. Although the work was complex and required moving repeatedly from room to room, he was efficient and capable, and got everything done in an admirably short time: a good reflection of his skill and dedication to first-rate workmanship. I am in awe of this gentleman's patience, good humor, and skill. I do not hesitate to recommend him without reservation.

The gentlemen did a great job. We had multiple issues with our electrical outlets and he handled them effortlessly and with a great attitude. It was also reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mohamed Noor and Noor electric . He installed under cabinet lighting and a bathroom fan. It was a pretty small job but he was willing. He took the time to go to Home Depot with me so we could get exactly what was needed. He is an excellent electrician and a kind person. He did an excellent job .
I will use him again .

Electric for the block was partially out due to a frayed electrical line at 9:30PM on a weekday. Our Refrigerator, AC, Air Purifiers and most of the other appliances and lights were not working.

The power coming into the house was not consistent which blew out two CGIF outlets which caused a burning smell with a scorching on one of the outlets.

We were seriously concerned about what else might happen. We called (9:30PM on a weekday) and immediately got a professional from Noor on the phone. He was professional and genuinely concerned for our safety.

He gave us pricing information and was at our home in 20 minutes. He did a thorough inspection and diagnosis of the issue (even with BGE working and less than full power restored to the house.) His expertise kept him focused on the “dangerous” issue without being distracted by the fluctuations in power due to BGE’s work out back.

The base charge to come out in an emergency after hours was very competitive, he had the exact type (and color) outlets to replace our defective ones. The work was done efficiently and in the dark (BGE continued to struggle to correct their issues so power would go out completely and then fluctuate, then go out again.)

The Service Provider was beyond knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. We highly recommend Noor Electric without any doubt. Thank you for the service you provided under exceptional conditions!

I called to get an estimate for an outlet that wasn't working. NOOR responded quickly and helped me over the phone to troubleshoot the issue. I was able to fix the outlet on my own. Most would have came and overcharged. Great customer service.

Our A/C just stopped working on a Saturday in August, I was able to get the HVAC folks to come out but they said it was an electrical issue and that’s when I called Noor. Super responsive, arrived quickly and tried to get to the bottom of why the blower unit in the basement wasn’t getting power. And he did it! Found a switch that went bad, hidden behind drywall. We are so grateful for his availability over the weekend. Super professional and definitely recommend! They are definitely my go-to electrician!

Called at midnight on a Friday night for an urgent issue and the electrician arrived in 30 minutes without hesitation. He fixed the issue, restored power and charged a fair price. 5 stars all around. We called very frustrated about the sketchy electric in our old home. Mohammad was able to come to us within 45 minutes and within a few hours all of our electrical issues we'd been frustrated with for about a year and a half now were solved. Admittedly we had a busy home this day and he took it all in stride and completed the job perfectly. This company

I called Noor Electric last night during the storm. (1/9/24) They were scheduled to come to the house last night but the power went out. I was then told me they would come in the morning. We had a power surge that fried my whole house surge protector. It was 3pm on a Wednesday. Half of my switches in my switch box were stuck off (including the ones controlling my refridgerators/freezers). Mohammad was able to get me in and came out and took care of it quickly - getting my power fully restoreed and installing a new whole house surge protector. Just an easy transaction and would not hesitate to call again. Reasonable rates and professional service!
