very bad communication. I was give a free service and then they sent me a bill for it. I have called them for the last three days and nothing after my service.

The cleaners arrived a little late (about 30 min), but they did a phenomenal job. Place looks fantastic.

Avoid! Poor service and communication. After buying their Groupon they don’t care to respond to messages. I have been waiting for over a week for them to confirm their appointment and they haven’t done it. After being frustrated I just cancelled my appointment

Our move-in cleaning was reasonably priced and the maids did an amazing job cleaning the extremely dirty kitchen and bathrooms within the timeframe we requested. Highly recommend!

The women who came were very pleasant, listened well to the things I wanted them to do, and worked extremely hard. These gals are good workers. Their work was more than satisfactory.

If I can give them a ZERO star I will, we have communicated through email and discussed what I would like done. I also asked for an upgrade on the Master Bath, windows, walls and ceiling fan. I had left my older god daughter 22 yr of age there while I had to work. I came home to things not even touched. Half bath not touched, ceiling fan still had dust, windows were not touched, bathroom girls still had the ring around the toilet, hair on floor and not fully cleaned. I had set up for them to come back out were we agreed on 2pm and that was fine. Than changed it to 130p again FINE, than 249pm I get a text to say there will be there in 30 min. Not respecting my time since I had things I had to complete that day instead of waiting for them to arrive when they still were not there at 317pm I continued my day as usual and never received an email or call.

I was very pleased with the cleaning I received. I would have given 5stars except, they move a lot to clean up. Next time I get this I will ask that anything they move in each room that they put it in space. Only complaint. Haven't seen my house look this clean since I moved in 5 years ago. Thanks ladies

The 2 maids who cleaned my home were very thorough and efficient. They arrived on time and made excellent use of their time in my home. This is my second time using Maryland Maids and I plan to use them again. They left my home clean and fresh!

Maryland Maids does great work! We had a service scheduled that needed to be moved due to my emergency c-section. We notified them from the hospital after our son was born the day of our scheduled service and they were very accommodating, congratulating us and telling us not to worry - we could call at our convenience to reschedule. We were not charged a late cancellation fee and a few months later when we rescheduled after emerging from the new parent fog (ha!), we were once again blown away by their customer service and attention to detail.
