Call Tanzanite appliance on Saturday and they send a tecknician out same day and fix our washer machine drainage problem.

Collected a deposit to do work and then became unresponsive. Months later they still have my money and have not done the work.

Very bad, non responsive after collecting diagnostic fee. I call several time, but he won't pick up nor respond to voice mail. I had to go and purchase another dryer.
Worse I ever had.

Very nice guys but slow to respond. They do not give you the same attention after they've been paid, even if the original issue is not fixed. Updated after another week of no contact.
Issue sits unresolved.

Be careful with the pricing. Says one price charges more. Look at your invoice and always wants to charge $20 for credit card charge even when paying cash

The technicians Mr. Omar and I believe Jamal (sorry forgot, I'm bad with names) provided execellent service and were extremely professional. They got my microwave up and running quickly. I would definitely use them again.

The ABSOLUTELY WORST service EVER. They took $100 to fix our dishwasher, said they ordered parts and then we never heard from them again. They don’t answer their phones or return voicemails or emails. We’ve been trying to get hold of them for over a month now.

STAY AWAY and don’t waste your money.

Had them out as my refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Their service tech was responsive and they were in and out in 45 minutes, very professional and responsive to all questions I had. I will definitely recommend them or use them again in the future.

Excellent service provided by Tanzanite. Refrigerator was repaired, service was provided on time in a courteous and professional manner. Appointment was schedule for same day. Mr.Omar did a great job.

Hired this company to repair a piece of commercial equipment. Made it onsite, checked the equipment out, gave me an estimate, approved them to do the work, and that's where the professionalism stopped. 4 weeks later, still no parts so we ordered the parts internally. Parts arrived, they agreed to install them on a certain date. Never showed and never answered a call or text after that. Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, not reliable.
