Didn’t change the water. I mentioned to him that my carpet still looked dirty, and he ensured me that it will clear once dried. I sent emails, and called regarding them coming back, it took me for to have to call them twice just to get a new appointment. We had an appointment scheduled for December 5th at 11, I had to call them at 11:17 to see if they were still in route. No one called to say that they were running late. The owner and receptionist had attitudes b/c I complained about the results and b/c I’m calling asking to see where they were b/c they were not on time. He then stated that he would give me a refund, and I still haven’t received my refund.
