I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY OILFURNACE THAT WAS IN STALLED BY RM THORNTON IN MARCH OF 2015 WHEN I CALLED IN DECEMBER IWAS TOLD THAT THER WOULD BE A SERVICE CHARGE JUST TO LOOK AT IT AND WAS ALSO TOLD IF THIS WAS A LACK OF MAINTENANCE ISSUE I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE COMPLETE REPAIR. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT I SHOULD BE MAINTAINING THIS UNIT WITH LES THEN 20 HRS. OF OPERATION??????? I OWN A SERVICE STATION AND WHEN A CUSTOMER CALLS ME AFTER A REPAIR OF ANY KIND THAT WEVE DONE WITH AN ISSUE I WILL TELL THEM BRING IT IN AND THER WILL BE N/C FOR CHECK OUT OF SAID PROBLEMS THEN WE GO FROM THERE I FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS EVAN CLOSE TO ADDI QUITE CUSTOMER SERVICE..GOOD LUCK. BUT TO BE FAIR THE TECHS INSTALLING THE FURNACE WERE GREAT

The driver of this company truck deliberately cut me off without using a turn signal and than drove slower; I figured it was deliberate due to him constantly checking his mirror acting like it was some joke. Driving isn’t a game.
