Spoke with 2 different employees including the manager about finding one of the most basic lighting components and basically got shrugged and fast talked into why they can't actually help me with my lighting work..... kept asking for basically irrelevant info because they don't have a firm grasp on the components they sell.... so I'd go ahead and go to grainger. At least there they'll search in their system and not just say they can't do it.

Let me begin by stating, I’ve never done a single review in my life! Ever.

That being said, I was compelled to go online and speak about my continuous experience when visiting the Waldorf location.

Top notch service. Period. We are a small remodeling company out of Southern Maryland (@iRenovateDMV). What that means (usually) is that you are treated as such..in most establishments. Not here. I don’t care if we are remodeling a single powder room, or an entire home from top to bottom…it doesn’t matter. Aaron, Barry and their Manager Gareth…take good care of me on a consistent basis! Today was no different. I just wanted to say that I highly recommend the Waldorf Rexel location for all of your electrical needs!

Had an old Crouse Hines breaker go out and they were able to get me a compatible replacement from their warehouse same day. The gentleman working was knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding.

Kevin is awesome. He is prompt respectful and professional.

You can have your own electrician on speed dail, great and professional.

This business is unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone. He was unable to secure the permit when he said he could because of insurance issues. He then refused to cancel the permit and put the burden on me after the county said they'd void it as soon as the electrician called. He was unable to give me a time frame for any of the work to be completed, yet wanted full payment up front.

Kevin has a pleasant mannerism however he never showed up to his appointments he made. The first appointment he said he forgot. I made a second appointment he didn't show up and didn't answer his phone.

I called Kevin at Waldorf Electric Co about some outlets that weren't working in my home. He came right over the same day and had the outlets working in about 30 minutes. He is very efficient and so kind and courteous.

Waldorf Electric is the absolute best! Kevin is very knowledgeable, a great guy, and kind hearted. Great prices too!! Trust me, you’re doing yourself a dis-service if you go with anyone else. I will be recommending Waldorf Electric to all my friends!!!!!

I called, explained to him my issue we set up a date and time and he never showed up and never called back. I called for 2 days with no response. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST CASE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM ANY UTILITY COMPANY EVER.

So glad and happy with Kevin doing a quick fix to a garage fixture. So prompt and quick to respond to my requests. This is the 4th time I have used Kevin in the past 5 years.

Kevin is very professional and a skilled master pro electrician. I was experiencing issues with my master bedroom circuit breaker, it kept tripping. He fixed it in no time. I will definitely hire him again.

This gentleman is AWESOME! He came the same day I called (actually he arrived within 35 minutes of me speaking with him on the phone.). He was on time, immediately knew how to address the problem and was extremely sociable (my dog loved him)! Most importantly he was fair in price. As a woman, it felt good to know I wasn't being targeted for high pricing. I highly recommend this competent electrician.

I can not say enough about this electrician. Mr. Dotson was a joy to work with. He is pleasant, professional, courteous, respectful to you and your home. He takes pride in his craft. Your satisfaction is his mission. He is reasonable in price, flexible to your schedule, proficient and he arrived on time for the estimate and the scheduled repair. I will definitely call on this Master Electrician again. Thank you again Mr. Dotson for completing the job so quickly.

I’ve used Kevin on a couple occasions and each time he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He installed a couple ceiling fans for us and installed some outside lighting. I need some more work done and this time I haven’t been able to get in contact with him. Does anyone know if he has a new number?

Kevin runs a wonderful business, and he is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. He is prompt, efficient and affordable. Most importantly, however, he is friendly and truly a good person. He even checked our driveway for screws and nails! Truly top notch service. Waldorf Electric is definitely my family electric company now!

I couldn't wait to write this review. Price. Professionalism. And he's cool cool.
He's not here to rip you off, or break your pockets, AND he's competent. Trust me, trust me, trust me: don't call anyone else. He, is the master electrician, thats going to get you right, price wise and job wise.

We got quoted $1165 from another google listed electrician company. My man showed off in 25 minutes for $150.
