Really good experience with Jerome and his team.
He came out within a day or two to evaluate installing a 14-50 outlet for our EV, and then we scheduled things out about a week later.
It was a complicated job, involving some digging, but everything went smoothly. The estimate was pretty close to the actual cost, and the team cleaned up pretty well when they finished up, which was difficult given the recent snow melt and mud due to digging.
I'd definitely give them a call in the future if I need any more electrical work done.

So disappointed and frustrated at paying $180 to "troubleshoot" (and would have cost more if over 1 hr). Now I have to pay another company to come out.

To conclude my story: Michael & Sons electrician came out and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes (and it was not in the room I kept off limits, but from the Livingroom). I would have gone with them originally, but I was being impatient and wanted someone to come out the same day. Potential customers, please do not make decisions in haste, as you may end up losing $180 as I have...and in this economy, that is a significant blow.

Jerome was very professional, I contacted him and he came to look at the problem on Tuesday and on Monday he installed my lights.
He did as he promissed, on time and with no issues.

I highly recommend the services of Electrify Electric LLC. The technician Ethan and his partner did a fantastic job today at my home. They installed an EV charger out and it looks great. Ethan and his partner showed up exactly on time, looked over the area for the project. He explained that there would be some cutting of the drywall and he would keep it to a minimum and make sure it was done neatly so when it was time for me to get it repaired it could be done easily. Ethan was very professional and kept me informed of the progress the entire time. The technicians cleaned up at the end there was no mess left on my property. The work was done in a professional manner and it was very neat and clean. I was very pleased with the end product. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were in a bind needing to close on a house. Jerome, jumped in, coordinated with SMECO & the County to allow us to close and on time. I found Electrify Electric through a google search. After reading reviews and researching their work, I was pleased with what I found. I requested a FREE (and it was free) quote and Jerome (the owner) was the one who set the appointment and came to complete the estimate. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He was very specific about when I would get my quote and what information would be included. The quote was very detailed and clear. After I accepted the quote, the scheduling came quick with lots of availability. The quoted arrival time was 7-9AM and they arrived around 7:45! Very professional and courteous. Overall 10/10. We will be using them in the future for any other electrical issues.
