Really great company. When you need something done they will go out of their way to accommodate you. I was dealing with Philip. He dropped everything to come and take the dumpster out of my yard since I needed it cleared out before the next morning. Really glad I used this company. They are exceptional and Philip is just amazing. Usually you can't get what you want but you can with this company. Don't know what I would have done without him.

I had a tree in my backyard basically split in half due to a very windy day. I attempted to cut the tree branches myself but decided it was way to much work for me. I found Southern Tree service online and they came out the same day. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great service.

The sad part is I wanted the service because there were some great reviews and other people I worked with said the service was good with some nice competitive pricing. The problem I had is that Damien showed up to my house twice without me asking him to come. One time i was at work and the other time i was coming back from an appointment. That is unprofessional and that turned me off from doing business with him.

My project was surveyed weeks in advance which included a drawing of the tight space, height of tree, branches, and my specific purpose which was to only clear the tree away from the house. The crew that was sent out left huge truck imprints on my neighbors yard, they began cutting at the base of the tree vs trimming branches, and instead of adjusting the bucket or using ground tools to trim they packed-up and left. The guys did not listen to the foreman on the ground but responded with they had other jobs. I spoke with the owner and he responded they probably brought the wrong bucket, the guys are inexperienced, he never received any complaints, and he was not empathic at all. I canceled my 3rd appointment because I don't want to give me hard earned money to a company that does not respect my time, who send out personnel who cannot communicate to the customer, and a company that encourages employees/1099 personnel to walk away from jobs.

I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. From the estimator, to the crew that did the work, to the staff in the office making the arrangements - - everyone was professional, courteous, and helpful. The pricing of the job was very fair and very reasonable for the work that they did (and I made sure to shop around the area and get other estimates). It can sometimes be difficult to find a company that operates honestly, fairly, and with high standards. Southern Tree Service did that and more.

We used Southern Tree Service for the removal of a large dead tree and were very impressed. Damian came by and provided a quote on the spot, with insurance and licensing information too. The quote slightly beat out other companies who came by (and took a couple days to provide their quotes). They showed up promptly the next week and safely removed the tree and cleaned up well after themselves. Would highly recommend them and use them in the future!

I had a large tree that was a storm away from falling. They removed it as scheduled and finished so fast. The cleanup was beyond professional and I will be using them again this winter.

Southern Tree Service is great! My only regret is that I didn't use them previously to do another job. Damian came out to assess the situation and actually took time to explain what he saw and provided an assessment of what needed to be done. He provided sound recommendations both for and against performing certain aspects of the job. They hand you a folder with all their insurance information and contact info. As for the job itself, they did excellent work and it truly looks better. They truly are tree specialist. I would 100% use them again. They continue to be my top pick for tree work. Good crew!
