Dan convinced me he could only come out after 5pm so he could charge a higher rate. Took him 2.5 hours to install a kitchen faucet and connect a sink to p-trap. After the install I asked him to show me how to use the faucet and he was not sure. He was sure that he deserved 500 for 2.5 hours of work. Job should have taken at most 1.5 hours and I am speaking from experience. I use to bill for plumbers time as a project manager.

Absolute WORST company. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. It’s been over a week since our service request was entered. Finally scheduled an appointment for today for the technician to come out and they no call, no showed. Absolutely unprofessional. Save your money and use a company that actually wants to do the work they say they will do. Took time off of work to be here for them to not show up.
Now we have a snow storm and my kitchen sink is STILL clogged, we can barely use our kitchen. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had the best experience with Waldorf Plumbing. They were responsive, fast, knowledgeable, and got the work done in one visit. It was touch and go with a houseful of guests, but they saved the day. It’s a shame there are bad reviews that are more about the home warranty company than Waldorf Plumbing.
