The work was not properly done and they have had to come back several times to repair safty issues. Its been over a year and they still have issues to fix.

Used duct tape to close off a valve after demoing my bathroom and turning the water back on. Contractors caused significantly more damage to my kitchen and living room. Initial damage was only to the upstairs bathroom and kitchen ceiling due to a toilet overflow.

One star because they've stated that someone would call me twice and I've not received a call yet. If the customer service is indicative of their work then I'm probably better off. My house has mold, I need to live there...sort of an emergency. And the website states they have 24 hour service...
