I just had my windows installed by window world. I am pleased that the installation occurred sooner than the 4 to 6 weeks that had been projected.Jose Alas’s crew did a great job. They cleaned up as they worked. They paid particular attention to any discarded piece of plastic to make sure that it was picked up. They were friendly. They were professional and did their work as a team. I couldn’t be more pleased with the installation process. The whole process with window world went exceedingly well. The sales consultant explained the attributes of the window, left literature to reinforce his points and explained the process in detail. We got a call from window world to confirm the installation date was still ago. The installers were on time and got to work right away. So a repeat I’m very pleased with window world and would recommend them highly.

Yesterday Window World came to install 17 windows in our home in Riverdale Park. I was skeptical that they would be able to finish the job in the one day timeframe they gave us. However, I was pleasantly surprised. They did a fabulous job in record time. Marlon, the supervisor, and his assistant were terrific and couldn’t have been nicer. We are thrilled with our new windows and highly recommend Window World.
