I reached out to Budget Empire Chimney Cleaning for a chimney sweep service, and they promptly scheduled me in. Nolan, the technician who attended to me was incredibly courteous and did an excellent job explaining each step of the process. I was genuinely impressed by his patience and attentiveness in answering all my numerous queries about my chimney. The use of a camera was particularly useful in detecting cracks that I wasn't aware of, and the level of detail this allowed was truly impressive. I even received an email containing a detailed receipt. I certainly look forward to employing their services again.
