Clinton was simply amazing! He was courteous, arrived promptly, and provided detailed explanations. His willingness to impart his knowledge was truly appreciated. We recently bought a property in Washington needing some TLC, and he guided us through the inspection and cleaning procedures for both chimneys. We'll definitely be using these chimney sweep services again!

We are incredibly pleased with the stunning fireplace that Jacob and his team constructed for us. Their chimney sweep skills and professionalism are truly of the highest quality. We worked together to design a 3-sided rustic fireplace and they flawlessly brought our vision to life. Communication with Jacob was a breeze, they were consistently on time, and the workspace was always kept tidy and clean. I wholeheartedly endorse their chimney sweep and fireplace construction services.

jordan showed up promptly, gave us a heads up about the chimney sweep process he would be following at Donald's Chimney Cleaning, then proceeded to clean and check the chimney. He shared his observations with us through the camera, even letting us view the inspection. He did his best to respond to our queries. We are definitely looking forward to utilizing their services again. Much appreciated.

i had a hard time believing that anyone from a certain chimney sweep company could be accused of theft. they just visited my home to work on my chimney liner and give the chimney a good sweep. donovan, who doesn't have any tattoos, was part of the team and they conducted themselves in a very professional manner, just like they have for the many years they've been maintaining both my properties. i would never think of labeling someone a liar, it just seemed necessary to share my own encounters with this chimney sweep service.

Donald's Chimney Cleaning crew certainly know their craft and deliver outstanding results. In my situation, they provided a quote for fixing a damaged fireplace insert, or completely replacing it. We opted for replacement, for which they offered a fixed price. They discovered a significant amount of additional work required due to water damage and even rotten wood, but they handled it without hesitation. I was thoroughly impressed by the team's expertise and the high standard of their work. They also did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and organization. My only reservation was with their office communication, which I would rate 2-star. However, the actual service, inspection, cleaning, and repair, as well as the consistent updates on job status and progress provided by Donovan, Clinton, and Jordan, were top-notch, deserving a 5-star rating. I strongly endorse their services.

I had a fantastic experience with Tristan! He promptly returned my call and managed to schedule my chimney sweep service for the following day. His knowledge was extensive and he performed a comprehensive inspection along with a thorough cleaning. I would highly recommend Donald's Chimney Cleaning services to anyone in Washington. His expertise is truly commendable.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the chimney sweep service I received. The technicians, Jordan and Frederick, were amicable and well-informed, taking the time to alleviate all my worries and respond to my queries. They carried out a thorough examination of my chimney and suggested necessary repairs. Donovan, too, was instrumental in ensuring I had a clear understanding of what needed to be done. Their service was truly top-notch.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Donald's Chimney Cleaning. They were punctual for my initial evaluation. Jordan was incredibly meticulous in his inspection, asked pertinent questions, keenly listened to all of my responses, and accurately identified the problem with my chimney. It was lacking a liner, which allowed condensation to permeate the bricks and bring dampness to the 3rd floor wall. They also discovered a few other issues with my chimney. They were able to schedule me in, and even though I was fully ready to wait 4 to 6 weeks, they managed to fit my job in just 3 weeks after the diagnosis, despite their bustling season and many rainy days. The work was completed in one day as estimated, with photos and video of the job provided. I will be booking them for my own home in the near future following their exemplary work on my rental property. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

recently, i engaged the services of Donald's Chimney Cleaning to give my chimney a good clean. the results were beyond my expectations and i was completely satisfied. jordan and his team were on time, professional and very detailed in their work. They didn't just sweep my chimney effectively, but also gave me some helpful tips on how to take care of it and measures to ensure it remains safe. anyone looking for top-notch chimney services should definitely consider hiring them.

Fantastic service! Jacob came out to inspect our chimney and flue, and it turned out there was no need for a sweep. He still took the time to check everything thoroughly and didn't charge for the visit, even though he spent nearly 30 minutes here. It's rare to find a company that is this honest and professional. I'll be calling Donald's Chimney Cleaning for any future chimney needs!

We recently considered buying a house and decided to invest in a home inspection, but it didn't include any checks on the wood-burning stoves. That's when we called in Donald's Chimney Cleaning. Despite the previous owner's claims of no problems for the past two decades, Tristan discovered issues worth around $8000. We were grateful for the service and their readiness to quickly provide a comprehensive report, which helped us avoid a poor investment. The report was detailed, and Donovan's work was quick and professional. I'd strongly recommend their chimney sweep services if you're in Washington.

A while back, we had a chimney sweep company install a pellet stove in our home, and we really enjoyed it. Later on, when carrying the heavy pellet bags became difficult, Clinton from the same company helped us by installing a propane gas stove instead. Now, we get the same warmth without having to deal with hauling bags, cleaning out ashes, or worrying about door gaskets. Clinton always does a thorough job with regular maintenance. I highly recommend their chimney sweep services and products!

we recently moved into a new home and had never used a fireplace before. frederick from the chimney sweep team arrived ahead of schedule and did a very detailed job, taking the time to explain everything he found and what should be done next. before finishing up, he showed us exactly how to use the fireplace safely, step by step. even though we'll mainly use it during colder months, it's a relief knowing the chimney is clean and safe. we’ll definitely be calling them every year for our annual chimney inspection and cleaning!

we had water coming in through our chimney. we called different chimney companies and got several quotes, but everyone had a different idea about what was wrong. when tristan came out, he was the only one who suggested installing a new chimney liner. after the service was finished, the leak stopped completely. i really liked how fast they were able to schedule the work and get everything sorted out. the whole process was easy and professional.

quick, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and informative. i felt jacob was giving me the best advice and options for my chimney, making sure safety was the top priority when checking out my old, crumbling fireplace. at no point did i feel like he was just trying to sell me extra services. it was really nice to be treated like a real person instead of just a customer with a wallet. you don’t get that kind of care much these days. highly recommend!

absolutely outstanding experience. the team arrived on schedule and kept me updated about their arrival time. they worked on both of my fireplaces, and thanks to their expertise, both are now working perfectly. i had previously been told by another company that my fireplaces couldn’t be fixed and that i needed to replace them for over $6,000, but jordan and frederick were able to repair everything without any issue. very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future.

I was really pleased with how professional and organized the team was when they fixed our chimney. Clinton did a great job explaining the process and making sure everything was cleaned up after the sweep and repairs. The chimney looks and works much better now. I would definitely recommend their chimney sweep and repair services to anyone in Washington who needs help with their fireplace or chimney.

Clinton did a fantastic job sweeping and inspecting our chimney. He was friendly and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be fixed, making sure I understood the process. Clinton also adjusted the service based on our discussion, which I really appreciated. I’m looking forward to the improvements he recommended and feel more confident about how our fireplace and chimney are being cared for.

Absolutely a 5-star experience with Donald's Chimney Cleaning! Clinton showed up right on time to sweep our chimney and inspect the dryer vent. He made sure everything was spotless before leaving. We were really impressed with how smoothly everything went, and we highly recommend their chimney sweep services.

tristan was fantastic! my chimney and fireplace were in rough shape and looked really old. a friend had tried to help by cleaning the fireplace logs but put them back incorrectly, which made it unsafe. i called tristan, and he not only fixed the issue but also suggested a smart way to make my fireplace look modern and fresh. he even added a remote control for extra convenience. i'm really happy with the work and would definitely call again for chimney sweep services. excellent job!
