Paulo and the team at PAT Construction are great. He listened to what we were looking to do in our basement and exceeded our expectations. Contractors so often are difficult to communicate with but not Paulo. His attention to detail and desire to give you what you want is obvious. I highly recommend them.

PAT Construction is thorough and fantastic.

PAT Construction helped us repair and rebuild our basement, which was significantly damaged by water.

We had two pipes leak, which caused water damage in our basement. The remediation company that was used to remove the damaged area and treat mold only treated ~30% of the basement. While assessing the damage, PAT Construction was the only contractor that questioned why the remediation company did not continue to remove the floor, check behind baseboards, or check the foundation.

Needless to say, we went with PAT construction. And, good thing we did. They continued to inspect for water and mold and found significant damage throughout the basement. They removed all the flooring and baseboards, as well as affected drywall, taking pictures and documenting at each stage of the process. PAT Construction also checked the foundation to confirm the issue was associated with the pipes.

PAT Construction treated for mold and dried the basement, then began the repairs. They installed a new floor, new drywall, new baseboards, a new cabinet, and a new water heater, continuing to take pictures and document their work.

Due to PAT Construction's thorough documentation, we had all of the information necessary to support our claim with the insurance company. To verify our claim and confirm there was no underlying issue, the insurance company sent an inspector when the work was nearly complete. The inspector found no moisture and no leaks and commented that PAT Construction did a very nice job. Further, PAT Construction spoke with the claims agent to clearly explain the damage and the work, further supporting our claim.

Our basement is back to normal and looks great. We are very thankful for the work and support from PAT Construction.
