Once again a plumbing problem presented itself on a Saturday. I called Mr. Nelson he respinded quickly, and arranged to have a plumber come. Mr. Abdullah (a licensed plumber) came, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also answered all the questions I had about what was being done. Thank you for sending/recommending him. I'm very happy with the very fast response, the answers to my questions, and the results of the repair.

Nelson was so responsive and provided detailed, itemized estimate for really large residential job. I was getting estimates $20k over his from contractors who did not even have letterhead on their paperwork.
