I was recommended to Precise Building services by a friend . I recently moved into the DC area, the movers mishandled my 46 year old original Stendig lamp . This company responded right away and restored my treasure at a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend them as I plan to use them again in the near future. They were also friendly and professional.

Ariel and his team did a great job with our Ev charger installation. We had a more complicated set of requirements from the county bc of our building, but Ariel worked through all of those for us. The end result looked clean and works perfectly.

Precise Building Services, LLC expertly installed a home EV charging station for my plug-in hybrid vehicle. The folks at Precise were incredibly professional from my first call seeking information. Their technicians were prompt and courteous and answered all of my questions during our in-person consultation. On the day of installation, the technician worked efficiently and were careful to clean up all work areas. I would highly recommend Precise for any electrical projects.

Very responsive and flexible on schedule. Came on a Saturday to do a very complicated job that involved running new wire through the house. The two gentlemen who came were very nice and polite. It took them about three hours to do the work - for $510 with materials which I thought was fair given the time and skill involved. The work required cutting holes in our ceiling - it couldn’t be helped - but they did such a good job minimizing the damage and making clean cuts to the drywall so that I could easily repair it later. I don’t know when I’ll need an electrician again, but when I do I’m calling Ariel!

First and foremost, let me take the opportunity to apologize to Precise Building Services for the delay of this review. I normally don’t write reviews, and I also wanted to give the install of my Tesla charger a few weeks to see if the work they performed would hold up. The verdict - OUTSTANDING!
My journey to find a certified Tesla electrician started off with a company out of Kensington MD.
This company who’s name I will not mention, their service was so unbelievably poor, I am surprised that they are still in business. The Kensington MD company sent someone out to my home without a MASK. I called a few days later because I never received the quote, only to find that this guy was recovering from COVID-19. Ok – I believe in grace, and anyone can catch COVID-19. The person on the phone promised me a quote and after around four more calls to their office I did receive the most unprofessional quote. Let’s just say bad. Not because of the price but lack of detail and no mention of a permit to pass a Maryland state inspection. Friends - trust me, you want a MD inspection done for insurance reasons.

Another certified Tesla electrician told me by email to just take pictures of my electrical box and driveway. Then they would send me a quote. Just poor service – but maybe that’s just me 😊

Precise Building Services came out on time. I did not need to sit at home all day waiting on an 8-hour window for them to come out for a quote.
The price was not the cheapest but reasonable.
The quote was done very professional (details, line items, and cost of permit)

We agreed on a time and day
Once again - on time with no delays.
Two workers came out and completed the work
The owner came out, reviewed the work, and had them adjust one thing (the owner also connected my new Tesla charger to Tesla’s network) Do you see why you need a certified Tesla electrician?
Precise Building Services sent me a time for the county to review the work for inspection.
The two workers that did the installed - came back to my home for the inspection and waited out-front of my home for 3 hours before the county inspector decided to show up.
This company went above and beyond my expectations

Tesla charger installation that went super smoothly. Luis and Jones are great professionals and did a wonderful job for us.

Top notch experience with a level 2 EV charger install including an extended backyard trench. The team was professsional, knowledgeable, experienced and quick. When small issues arose, they were quickly addressed and resolved.

After purchasing my first house Precise Building Services was recommended to me for electrical work. Ariel did a heavy-up on my electrical panel, rewired a number of poorly done outlets, installed and exterior light, and a porch fan with a light. Everything was done efficiently and without hassle.

Over the last few months Ariel and his team have been super helpful both with a house I'm renovating and also a rental property. The work gets done fast (from initial contact to completion) and the price is always fair/reasonable. I typically like to get at least 3 quotes on any job but now its to the point they are the first and more often than not the only people I call when an electrical issue arises, as I know I can count on them to get the job done fast and at a reasonable price.

Always professional, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, quality work, and very fair pricing. Precise took care of my property as if it was theirs. Left my home without any debris. Precise Building Services provided an excellent experience from beginning to end. The customer service in the beginning was impeccable. They answered my questions in a timely manner while helping me understand my different solutions. The crew that was sent was knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived and went straight to work. The job got completed in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and refer to my family and friends.

We hired Precise to do electrical work on our new home in the middle of the holidays and they squeezed us in and did great work. We are new homeowners and two women and were so worried about being taken advantage of but Ariel and his team took care of everything for a great price. We have plans to hire them once we move in to install more things.

I worked with Ariel on a property where i represented the buyer. The home inspection report revealed that a heavy up needed to be done. The seller ended up hiring Precise Building Services to do the work. This is how I got to know Ariel and the quality of his work. He completed the job in the time frame needed and the work was done right the first time around. He also came back to do work that wasn't his problem. I definitely recommend Precise Building Services and would not hesitate to use them for all my electrical needs.

On time, adaptable to change, troubleshooting skills, and clean work that exceeded what I expected. Getting hassle-free is always likely when hiring an electrician, but Precise Building Services was a frictionless experience and very fast. Thanks to Victor, who went above and beyond to install our electric charging station for our car, and for adapting to the challenging circumstances. Recommended.

Precise and their team were WONDERFUL to work with. Great communication, great service, entirely reasonable pricing. They've done projects inside my house and out (installing a Tesla charger...) and I'll never use anyone else!

I suddenly started having problems with the outlets in my condo. All were on one breaker. Not sure why the power suddenly started being a problem since nothing new was plugged in, but I knew I needed an electrician. Called a few other places and they couldn’t schedule an appointment for 3 weeks. Precise had good Google reviews, so I gave them a call. Ariel was very pleasant on the phone. Called me back in a few min to let me know someone could come the same day. Victor arrived in less than an hour. Checked things out and split the 2 lines going into the suspect breaker to a second one and solved the problem. Had to call him back and he came back to check a light and he discovered it was a loose connection on the light switch. Fixed it right up. Reasonable price too. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
