The electricians from Precise Building Services came to my home to complete several jobs to include installing recessed lighting, fixing and installing exterior lighting

First they arrived on time. I'm big on punctual. My time is very important. Then they proceeded to review each item they were going to work on and discussed any issues with each installation/repair with me. They were well-prepared, professional and completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time and most importantly their work was excellent. This is the 1st time I have used PBS and I was totally satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and anyone reading this. I purchased a new all electric Lyriq about 3 weeks ago. GM has a program for assisting their customers with the installation of a home charger. FYI, GM covers up to $1500 for installation; one must still purchase the charger separately. GM's program proved to be easy and seamless. The installer GM connected me with, Precise Building Services, also proved to be professional, efficient and very easy to work with. Within a week of purchase the professionals of Precise Building Services had me up and operational. Luis orchestrated the entire process and kept in-touch with me throughout the process - no guessing. The entire process was executed as he planned and scheduled. Ramon conducted the on-site inspection to assess my particular needs and returned to finalize the project within days with our county inspectors. Victor and Jones quickly and efficiently installed the equipment and cleaned up afterwards. To a person, each was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious. I highly recommend them for any electrical services you may need. You can count on them. Precise Building Services is true to their word.

I live in a DC condo and was in need of a trusted electrician to do a handful of improvements (installing LED lighted mirrors, adding an outlet for a smart toilet). There are dozens of companies out there but after doing some research and the responsiveness of my calls - I went with Precise Building Services.
Not only was the team on time, they were extremely professional, and honest in their assessment of the project (the team suggested a more ideal way to get the job done which saved me time and money!). Overall, they did an extremely good job.

I called Precise BS early in hopes of an appointment that day to help with my hardwired smoke/co alarm which kept going off every 15 minutes. I lucked out and they had someone they could send that day. Jones arrived early in the appointment window, was polite, neat, assessed the situation, went to get more tools and was done in less than 20 minutes with no mess and no alarm. I’m definitely going to call PBS for my next electrical work and I’m already stacking up jobs for next time.

I contracted Precise Building Services to install a new EV charging station at my home. The team arrived and checked in with me right on time. While working in my home they were courteous and kept their work area clean. They had to run some wiring under my deck and did a great job of making sure everything looked seamless. The connections both inside and outside my home were professionally done and as unobtrusive as possible. They checked out with us when they left and their work area was exactly as it was before they arrived. Very happy with the work and will utilize them again in the future.

Precise Building Services was prompt, efficient, and very neat and organized. When they came they discussed all the options, and installed everything with a minimum of headache, even though our charging station had to be located fairly far from our electrical panel. Bravo!

I had a EV charger installed and the service was great. There work was neat and tidy and cleaned up debris after the installation. I am extremely pleased with the installation and will give them a call for future work.

When looking for any service, I do extensive research—and even then, I’m rarely this satisfied. I almost never write reviews, but Precise Building Services truly earned it. I’ve hired them multiple times, and each experience has been outstanding. They’ve completed a range of projects for me, including wiring a sump pump, installing outdoor outlets, and setting up lighting—all in a solid brick home with the electrical panel located on the opposite side of the house. Despite the complexity, they approached every job with skill, precision, and efficiency.

What stood out most was their punctuality and professionalism. They arrived on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and kept me informed throughout the process. Even when they had to cut through drywall, brick, and concrete to run wiring, everything was neatly patched and securely restored. Great company! Luis and his team helped me get an approval for an outdoor EV charger (which is hard to get where I live). they took care of all paperwork and inspections needed by the country.

Excellent service at a fair price. I asked for an additional service and Precise Building Services did the work for me right away. They are true experts and the customer service was amazing. I would not hesitate to use them and they will always be m first call.

Precise Building Services came to me highly recommended, went above and beyond to schedule me for same-day service and the technician initiated educating me throughout his inspection, which is always appreciated. I plan to hire PBS again whenever the need arises.

I contacted Precise Building Services on the recommendation of a friend to evaluate and replace a 65 year old service line to my electrical panel. Ariel was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to, he had someone out the next day to take a look at the house. Afterwards Ariel throughly explained the entire process and how they would pull the permits and schedule the county inspection after the work was complete.

Three electricians arrived to replace my service line and clean up the previous wiring done my a less than neat electrician a few years ago. Additionally they re-wired my panel and properly grounded it according to county code. The guys were all very professional, methodical and neat in all of their work. They graciously explained everything they did and answered all of my questions. Afterwards they checked all of the circuits and outlets in the house ensuring everything was correct.

Precise Building Services is very organized. Ariel uses a computer system to create and email estimates, send invoices and collect payments and always answered the phone. I was very impressed with the quality of work Ariel and his company perform and highly recommend them for any household electrical needs.
