Sebastian sent a quick message to let us know he was on his way and arrived right on time. We had our hallway, master bedroom, and walk-in closet carpets cleaned since our two new puppies are still learning and have had a few accidents. The carpets now smell amazing, look super clean, and feel really soft—all finished in less than half an hour! After seeing how fresh everything looked, I asked Sebastian to clean our staircase too, even though I thought it was fine before. Next to the newly cleaned areas, the stairs definitely needed it! I’ve tried other carpet cleaning companies in Washington before, but this one is absolutely the best. Their website is also really user-friendly, making it simple to book exactly the services you need without waiting around for a quote based on square footage. Honestly, I used to dislike having carpet, but this experience made me wish I had even more rooms to get cleaned!

Darius and his associate were very skilled and careful with our three beautiful Persian and Indian rugs. Our rugs were heavily affected by pet urine, and I truly thought we would have to throw away these valuable pieces. I was upset until my husband found American Pride Carpet Cleaning. Darius came to our home in Washington, explained the rug cleaning process clearly, and assured us he could remove nearly all the stains and completely eliminate the urine odor. He picked up the rugs, treated them with great care, and returned them with new pads after a short turnaround. They looked fresh, clean, and smelled like new again. I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised by the results. The deep cleaning, stain treatment, and odor removal made a huge difference, and the rugs now feel restored and refreshed. We were so impressed that I even bought another rug and fully plan to keep using this service. Truly outstanding work, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing expert carpet and rug cleaning.
