kaden arrived right on time, was very courteous, and clearly had a lot of knowledge! i was initially concerned that accessing our dryer vent on the second floor would be difficult, but it turned out to be no trouble at all for him. our dryer vent had probably never been cleaned and was really blocked with lint. after he finished, i could dry a load of towels in under an hour! we'll quickly recoup what we spent on the service with our reduced electricity bills!
