Neal of Tim Kyle Co. came out this morning to service our boiler furnace that was not heating properly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the problems. He was not hurried and spent a lot of time checking out our system. We were so pleased that we signed up for their customer care program for both our heating and air conditioning systems

Tim Kyle electric is a fantastic company! Excellent work, fair pricing and it seems they pride themselves on making their customers happy. Unlike a lot of contractors, these guys genuinely care. They just hung a new cieling fan with lighting for me and the mount was to a peaked cieling 16 feet high. The guy's weren't even phased by this challenge. A special shout out to my installers, Luis Villegas and TJ Annoreno. Great guys that did great work. Hey Tim, give these two fellas a raise. They deserve it! Tim Kyle Electric is my go to guys for anything electrical and they can be trusted.

I am extremely satisfied with the service Tim Kyle’s company provided from all angles. Their lifetime warranty on installation and overall service record was what prompted me to reach out to them. From that point on every phase of the process was first rate. The service person over the phone listened very carefully to fully understand our issues and requirements. Scheduling was a breeze. I can’t’ say enough about Luis, the senior electrician. He was truly first rate. He clearly grasped the wiring issues that had been vexing us for years and offered a near-term and long-term solution. The near term was critical as our issue was with an outdoor receptable used to power equipment for a Koi pond. Our issue happened in the middle of winter with snow all around. If this wasn’t fixed, we would’ve lost the Koi. It was obvious to me that Luis had a clear understanding of the causes for the fixture shorting out and he was able to restore the service. Luis was a consummate professional, at every step explaining the cause of the issue, various corrective options, and shared a lot of excellent advice on how to avoid similar issues in the future. I agree with Luis’ long-term solution and will have him back to complete that work. I know excellent service and expertise when I see it and look forward to using Tim Kyle’s services in the future.

Big Thanks to Bernie and Spencer! They initially came out for a small job, and I was so impressed I ended up signing up for a membership with them. Today they completed a thorough safety inspection to make sure everything was good to go, and I also added a few additional jobs while they were here. I'm very happy with my experience with Tim Kyle Electric. The initial visit and quote from Kenn went smoothly and the quote and job was broken down clearly. The follow up visit for the job was scheduled for a couple days after that visit. During that visit, Kenn and Adam were both very polite and got the job done quickly. They were very courteous of moving in and out of the house as unobtrusively as possible and wore covers on their shoes to make sure to keep the floors clean. They were also very understanding of my overexcited dogs. I highly recommend Tim Kyle Electric for any electrical services.

Mark's company installed the electrical connection for a hot tub. This included the breakers, wiring and hooking up wire to the hot tub. Communication was always prompt and professional. Electrical work was completed the day after the hot tub was delivered. The area the work was performed was clean. I would use Mark's company again.

Upgrade of Electrical Panel plus other electric issues by a local company with two master electricians with over 22 years experience and with the owners son proving to be a strong electrical apprentice. i liked that the owner is a master electrician who personally conducted the free appraisal and would also be working with his men. He was very personal and attentive. Every detail was reflected in the appraisal. When his other master electrician arrived on day one it was clear he understood every detail as if he had conducted the interview. They used generators to support me teleworking throughout. I highly recommend this team for panel and all home electrical upgrade.
