Used Scott and Sons twice in the last week. First time was for a kitchen downdraft. Because of it's age they couldn't get parts, but they helped me over the phone figure out a fix. Today they came out to repair our dryer. They were timely, courteous, professional and charged a fair price.

Contacted Scott and Sons because our washing machine was not working on the spin cycle. Jeff asked a lot of questions as he tried to diagnose the situation over the phone. He offered me a couple possible causes but agreed to come out the next day to take a look. We took his advice, began looking into the areas he thought could be the problem and lo and behold, we fixed the washer ourselves. I called him back, informed him the machine was working, and that we would not need him to come out. He was more interested in knowing our issue was resolved then him losing out on business. Through one conversation Jeff demonstrated knowledge, urgency, and character, all for free. Amazing experience for a company that never stepped foot in our house!

Jeff and Zach were wonderful and go above and beyond! I called them to clear my dryer vent and fix my dryer door latch. When the first latch repair didn’t work, they came back and made it right. Jeff also fixed my microwave door that 4 others had either tried and failed or just simply said there was nothing they could do. Jeff took the door to his workshop and was able to fix it which saves us thousands if we had to replace the whole thing. They are honest, reputable and reliable! Please don’t hesitate to call them and save yourself the trouble of paying 4 other companies to do shoddy work first. 10/10 would recommend.

Lifesaver! Fixed my dishwasher very quickly with ordering and installing a replacement part. A few months later called him back about an issue with my fridge. 10/10 recommend!

I've done business with Scott & Sons before and was always very pleased with their promptness, quality of work, and reasonable prices. Most recently, the water to my dishwasher stopped. I called to make an appointment. Jeff said since we had just had multiple days in single-digit temperatures that the water line, probably next to an outside wall behind the dishwasher got frozen. We made an appointment for a few days later and wait to see if the coming warming weather would resolve the problem by itself. He was right and it did. His advice saved me the price of service call. Great company and people, I highly recommend them, and I will continue to always use Scott & Sons in the future.

Scott and Sons were very quick and professional and when they found a secondary issue with my machine after fixing the first issue, they charged me much less than it would normally cost to fix the second issue, so that I wouldn't have to buy a new machine.

These guys know what they're doing !!! Scott was a true professional. Gave me a 2 hour window on when he'd be at my house, was actually in the first half hour of that window. Which I greatly appreciated. I had a broken dryer, that was 20 years old. Scott and his son ( unfortunately I don't remember his name ) took the whole dryer apart, in probably 10-15 minutes, inspected every part, made a list of the parts that should probably be replaced, and ordered the parts. They came back 3 business days later AGAIN IN THE FIRST HALF HOUR OF THEIR TWO HOUR WINDOW... And replaced like 5-6 parts on this dryer in like 40 minutes. To which I thought was pretty quick, and Scott said he usually shoots for 15 minutes, which I thought was funny, but also impressive. I'm sure he is in and out with a lot of jobs that don't require as much work as mine did. He was very straightforward with his pricing ( which he disclosed before ordering the parts ) and all and all, I was very pleased with his work. I have literally nothing bad to say about them. Would definitely recommend these guys to do any appliance repairs. THANK YOU SCOTT AND SONS !

After purchasing a new dish washer from a big box store, the installers came out and refused to install it because I had a Lazy Susan next to the sink which would prohibit them from being able to run the new water lines so they left the dishwasher in my garage and refunded me the installation costs. I couldn't find anyone to install it until I called Scott and Sons. They were very professional when they arrived on time and they quickly installed the appliance without issue. They even pre-ordered me a longer water hose due to the extra distance required to go around the Lazy Susan and into the sink drain. Work was done correctly the first time and they were very affordable!

Jeff Scott and his sons were a breath of fresh air to work with. They went out of their way to attempt to repair our dishwasher but the part needed was no longer available. He took extra care removing the dishwasher when he (and we) learned the builder had notched the tiles to make it fit. We were able to order a new appliance and Jeff and his sons came right back to install it and made sure to answer all of our questions before leaving.
We will definitely call them again if we have any appliance issues in the future! Can't say enough good things about them. Thank you all so much!

I had owned my current home for about 8 years and needed to get the dryer vent cleaned out but had been procrastinating but then my dryer also went out. It was the perfect time to find a company that would be able to handle both jobs. After much research online and trading reviews I came across Scott and Sons. They seemed to have most positive reviews overall so I called and Jeff answered the phone pleasantly. I explained the issue with the dryer and how noisy it was being along with not heating up along with needing the dryer vents cleaned. He immediately proceeded to set me up promptly with a in home appointment that was within a few days that met my schedule. On the day of the appointment he and his son show up precisely on time, called actually right before they showed to let me know they had arrived and immediately began diagnosing the issue. They had everything apart even went as far as cleaning the interior part of dryer finding the issue that made it run louder than normal as well as issue with dryer not heating up. The expense of fixing the heating issue and other issue of the dryer (from 2008) versus buying a new one at this point didn't make sense and Jeff was 100% honest in suggesting that buying a new one versus the cost of repair would be the better way to go in this case though it could be different case by case even though it didn't benefit him at all. The reviews were 100% I would recommend this company 100% for all appliances and dryer vent services as they operate with honesty and integrity. The pricing was extremely fair as they had cleaned out the vent which definitely needed done then diagnosed the dryer which I ended up not moving forward with but they gave no attitude what so ever. Very professional and even have veteran discount. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend enough, incredibly nice and made sure I understood what they were doing. Finished so much faster than expected too! Definitely better than other appliance repair people in Westminster with a first name in their business name that don't call people back. Ken you believe a business would do such a thing?!

Highly, highly recommend for any appliance repair! Our dryer broke and Scott was so helpful talking me through steps over the phone to get it working before he could get out to fix it which was so nice. Him and his son quickly repaired my dryer quickly for a very fair price. Highly recommend and I’ll absolutely call them again for any appliance repair needs I have.

This fantastic company fixed our oven and I could not recommend than more. A family business, run by knowledgeable leadership who clearly believe in customer service. I'd happily use them again!

The service was excellent and ahead of schedule. Aaron was polite, knowledgeable and explained the what and why. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Jeff answered my call at the end of the business day and spent a significant amount of his time helping me diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. He and his sons came to house for further diagnostics, determined what was needed and ordered in the parts. Upon return, parts were installed and unit was but back in service. Labor and parts pricing was more than far. The team was extremely polite, on-time and pricing was extremely fair. I will absolutely call them if we ever need an appliance repair.

5-stars all around! Jeff and Ryan were great. They fixed our dishwasher motor. They noticed during the repair that it hadn't properly been mounted during the original install and took the extra time to fix it at no extra cost. THANK YOU!

Truly wonderful company!!! Needed a repair on a stackable washer/dryer for 89 year old mother..the owner and his technicians were so professional, diagnosed the problem right away, had the part installed the next day, very reasonably priced and they were so sweet and respectful with mom.

I'm 64 with my own home and apartments on my farm and have needed many appliance repairs over the years. I just wish I'd found Scotts & Sons earlier. Jeff is absolutely amazing! I'm pretty handy and can fix stuff myself much of the time and he has given me free advice by phone and text that has saved me hundreds of dollars. He'll tell me the exact part numbers I need and how to diagnose and install. He's very generous with his time and one of the few service people who I know I can count on and always feel fairly treated. I can't recommend more highly.
