Plumbing reviews in White Marsh, Maryland

The workers came on time, and were friendly. They also pointed out a plumbing condition they found that was done incorrectly from a previous handy man,but left the choice up to me to have it corrected without any pressure.I had them correct the problem with the other work they were there for. They made you feel at ease and yet were professional in there work performance. It's obvious that Dan there manager, chose customer friendly associates to work for him.I highly recommend there services, and there prices were very reasonable compared to their competitors.

Recently used Empire Plumbing and Heating LLC to replace two aging shower diverters in one of my rental properties, and was extremely happy with the quality of the installation.
Spiro was very professional and careful to replace the diverters in a very tight space without causing any damages to the surrounding areas.
The work was completed as promised without any issues.

Spiro the owner takes pride of his work and he is very quick finding issues and will fix once the correct way. He is not like some other plumbing companies that trying to sell you stuff. If you not need he will not offer it. Very honest person. His pricing is fair when you compere the service you getting . I will reuse again and highly recommended !

fast, reliable and fair ! I call Spiro (as do my family) whenever I need plumbing assistance

Excellent service. Came right on time. Took time to solve clogged drain and clean old pipes it best it could be done. Price is fair for service and had all my answers.

Since we had such a wonderful experience in our first dealing with Empire Plumbing, when a new home purchase presented with a range of plumbing issues, we knew exactly who we wanted to have to our home to help. Resolved issues with our hot water heater, sewer ejector, sinks, faucets, vent piping and hose bibs.

We would definitely recommend Empire to anyone in need of a good company they can rely on.

Our sump pump stayed on all day and won't shut off and It's never done that before. I did a Google search and called based on the 5 star rating. Spiro picked up and to my surprise he started telling me how to troubleshoot it so we won't have to pay out of pocket. He stayed on the phone with me for about 20mins to try to fix it. He was very patient and waited till I found a flashlight and talked me through what to do.
When everything he had me try didn't work he suspected the pump will probably need to be replaced. We scheduled a time and he showed up within the 1 hour window he gave us and was able to check it out to see if the old pump could be salvaged before replacing it.
Thank you so much! Wishing you and your beautiful family a Happy Holiday

We recently used Empire Plumbing and Heating. They replaced our water heater, replaced faucets, and repaired a leak in our bathroom. A previous plumber told us that we needed to replace the toilet. Thankfully we found this company that was honest enough to tell us we did not need a new toilet. A minor repair was needed and it has been working great ever since. This company is dependable; they arrive on time. Excellent work, and excellent clean up. Very reasonable. They are honest and will always be the first company I call for our plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Spiro is a honest man. He will see that the job is done correctly. We had a busted pipe broken under our house. He completed the job in an efficient manor. His worker Larry is also honest and hardworking. From the moment Spiro walked in my home I knew we called the right guy. I highly recommend calling Empire for all your plumbing needs.

Amazing work he did with our newly installed toilet. He was very efficient and quick with scheduling a day that meets our needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with plumbing for sure!

I would recommend Empire Plumbing to my friends and family without hesitation.
