Reviews of local pros in White Marsh, Maryland

From the time I called to the work being cleaned up I had the best experience. Very happy with the work they did. The ladies in the office are amazing and helpful! The guys did amazing work and would definitely recommend! I’m so glad I went with this company and will always use them!

We got Several and By Several I mean like 12 estimates. Ameritree was the second least expensive. The Cheapest one could not come and cut down 1 tree for 4-5 weeks so I called Ameritree and I am glad I did They came 2 days after I called and did an excellent job. They were very quick and got the job done. After they were done cutting they picked up every single leaf and piece of sawdust and when my wife came home from work she was amazed that they had even been here. Very Fair price and Quality work. I would deff recommend them to friends and family.

I started using Ameritree 7 years ago (2017) --they were the best / most fair price of all the companies we surveyed, and that has never changed. We have used Ameritree twice every year - winter and fall - in order to keep up with the dozens of trees on our property.
Our most recent experience was the most complicated yet--we had 3 massive trees that hovered over power lines and our driveway. We first tried 3 crane operator companies and all 3 said we needed a 140ft crane but they could not get into our property; so Ameritree had to cut the trees down from the top and maneuver all the branches over the power lines and onto our driveway. Ameritree coordinated BGE turning off the power for 6 hours - and the crew went to work.
It was an amazing whole day !!! The Ameritree crew was like watching Circ du Solei in the air---They dropped branches as big as small trees themselves -on ropes -over the power lines - moving tree to tree- and onto our driveway with virtual pin-point accuracy. We also had marked off other surrounding landscape that we did not want touched --so they had to work around that as well--after 6 hours--3- 140ft tall trees --all that was damaged was 1 hosta !!!!!!! THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING---THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE 7 YEARS AGO WAS TO STICK WITH AMNERITREE.= - AND YOU SHOULD TOO.

As I do not live in the area, Ameritree Experts was recommended to me for tree removal and stump grinding at my mother’s house. I’m so thankful that we used their services. They were kind, professional, prompt, and their pricing was reasonable. They have excellent customer service, and they answer questions and return calls in a very timely manner. I was more than pleased with this company all around and would highly recommend Ameritree Experts. I wish they serviced the area where I live, but I would definitely use their services again, if needed in Maryland. Thank you, TJ and Ameritree!

A bunch of sweetie pies work here! We have had several trees removed and the stumps ground and they have done an amazing job. Everyone keeps you involved in each step and make sure they answer all your questions. Steven who did our estimate was great and helped us out very quickly. Jess set up our appointments and is so wonderful. I highly recommend them for any job!

One of the hardest working crews we have ever had to manage our tree issues. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently and thoroughly cleaned up the debris from three massive trees they cut down. The crew were obviously experienced and skilled men who demonstrated a talent for this very challenging job. The price was very reasonable and fair for the amount of work involved. From the estimate to the completion of the job, they fulfilled the contract to the letter. I would more than highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree service and will call upon Ameritree again when tree service is needed.

We used AmeriTree when we first purchased our house. They did a great job. A few other times I used different companies and although they did the job I was not happy with the way it all went. AmeriTree is a bit more, but how much are you really saving if you're not satisfied.I decided that AmeriTree will have our business from now on.

I called to schedule an estimate from this company and the lady on the phone gave me a date and time. Luckily, I called back to confirm meeting time on the day of appt. because it ended up no one called or show up. The lady on the phone asked me if anyone called to confirm appointment time. I said to her no since the lady I initally spoke with already gave me the date/time when I called. She then said to me the estimator calls to schedule time and she doesn't make their schedule. So then I said why did your office give me a date and time for estimate when I initially called and no one from that initial call told me someone else needs to call me again in order to confirm this time for estimate.

During the initial call, no one told me I need to wait for another phone call since a date and time was already given to me. When I initially spoke with someone, I was very cleared that I don't live at the address and will drive there to meet someone. My time is also important but clearly this organization does not care for other people's time.

I understand and love to hear that small businesses are busy and thriving but no communication, people skills, and customer service is a real disappointment for customers like me.

I shopped for tree service, and received 4 quotes. AmeriTree Experts were not the cheapest but the quote guy TJ was very professional, and actually gave good advice. I decided I wanted to use AmeriTree based on his recommendations. AmeriTree was willing to price match the lowest bid which was great. The crew that came out, were very nice guys that did the work efficiently with no damage to my home or neighbors. Its everything I wanted from a tree service. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I am glad I trusted my gut with this company, they did great work!

Excellent work and GREAT communication. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Very professional they took out two trees next door from me and then trimmed both of my big trees they were amazing and worked very hard and professional. I would use them again . And I have to add they just removed two more trees for me today so now I don't have to go through August with trees attracting all those nasty bugs. It was a sticky mess. It's a shame I had to lose the trees but what I haven't said not to clean up after them now since bugs are invading them. Thanks again for a professional job well done. They go beyond to help with your needs. And it was a hundred degrees today. Very hard-working crew best team I ever seen. They never disappoint.

Tree removal . Very reasonable and professional . Would definitely use this company again

Gave me a timely and knowledgeable analysis of the tree. Settled on a price and service was promptly performed as promised

Great service at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and skilled crew; highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time, but if you like you can get as many estimates as you want I have already did that TJ the estimator came out very pleasant. Gave me a fair price when the workers came out to my house, they did exactly and more of what we talked about. They cleaned up their mess and were out before you know they are very
easy to work with. I also had them Do work at my other house. TJ gave me great price that couldn’t be beat. They were very prompt on coming out did not have to wait for them
There is nothing else that I could say. Other than don’t waste your time!!!

Happy customer

We have used this company three times in the past 2 years and now my neighbors are using them, too! Getting a quote was prompt and informative and the cost was reasonable. The men cutting the trees were amazing to watch with their skill as a team! Safety is a primary concern. Complete clean up when finished, too. Thank you AmeriTree Experts!

Not only was the price for all 6 trees beyond excellent, they were done in less than a hour. Thank you again!!!

Tree stump removal was actually grinding in place. Ground was tilled and top soil laid, sparsely seeded and straw to finish. Major root remained. Areas of grass stunted, will not grow and suspect that wood debris near surface. Waiting for remainder of grass to establish before turning the soil to clean out debris in failing areas.

I highly recommend these people. They did such a fantastic job and cleaned up everything. Everything looks so good. I’m very happy with them and I will use them again if I need them. I highly recommend them. I really do.

I had a great experience with AmeriTree! TJ, the estimator, came out within a couple of hours after I called and gave me an estimate. He was super friendly and got the job scheduled for first thing the next morning.

Edwin and his crew showed up right on time and did an awesome job removing the tree from my house. They cleaned up all the debris afterward, too.

Overall, the whole process was quick and easy, thanks to TJ and Edwin. I’d definitely recommend AmeriTree to anyone who needs tree removal services!

Ameritree just completed a very complicated tree removal project at our residence. The project came about from a weather event which damage some huge trees on our property. The clean up was extensive and required delicate maneuvering in order to minimize the impact on the surrounding landscaping and structures nearby. The crew was very experienced and well equipped. The foreman, Edwin, listened carefully, fully grasped our vision and the made informed suggestion on how best to complete the task. They completed the job in half the time I had expected, most likely due to the abundant number of professionals who showed up to help. They not only exceeded our expectations, but did so at a very reasonable price. I will be back when the need arrives. Thank you so much!
