Tree reviews in White Marsh, Maryland

The crew worked quickly to take down my trees. I asked for them to leave the wood over 2 inches in diameter as I burn it in my furnace. They left pieces that were 8 inches in diameter and larger. I also asked for them to leave the chips as I compost for my garden, which they did. The crew that came later for the stump grinding was also very quick. I would have liked the stumps to have been ground deeper as well as the roots ground. They cleaned all the debris. Overall good experience.

They were able to come and and provide a price same day and schedule and complete the work in 5 days. Carlos (estimator) and Julio (crew leader) were both great to deal with.

East coast tree care was fantastic from start to finish, from the quote to final branch they were super professional and friendly. I would use them next time without a doubt and refer to friends and family.

This company has the most dedicated employees I have dealt with in a long time. Their attention to detail was excellent. I highly recommend this company without any reservations.

They are 100% correct - "the difference is in the service"... Absolutely horrible. Might be good for tree removal but stay away for any other services or if you want your yard to be usable. Job was to clear woods, haul/chip, grade and plant seed. The ground is so uneven you can't walk on it; tons of trash left behind; yard ripped up from their trucks. It looks like a construction site. They are not interested in fixing these problems. Stay away from this business.

We had lightning strike a large tree and called East Coast Tree Care to take it down. When Carlos saw the damage he became concerned because of an upcoming storm. He called in his crew and they removed the tree within a few hours. They cleaned up and were gone before the storm started. I would have been fearful had the damaged tree been standing during the storm. All done for a good price. Thanks.

I’ve used East Coast on two occasions. Both times were positive experiences. I was contacted quickly both times and given a fair estimate for the work I requested. They were professional, respectful of my property, and did a great job including the cleanup. I’d recommend this company to anyone needing tree work.

East Coast Tree Care did great work and went above beyond the contracted task. They were very professional and astute when solving any problems.
I've had trees removed from my property and they are more than 70ft tall right next to my home. This was no problem for East Coast Tree Care. They are also very quick and have a full crew! I'd recommend them to anyone in need of Tree care and removal!

I am so happy to have found East Coast Tree. From the first call, I was treated as an old friend. They were able to come out and inspect the tree, provide an estimate (which was VERY reasonable) and get the job done within just a few days. If you are looking to have any tree work done, I would look no further.

Julio & his five man crew did a amazing job cutting a tree down in my backyard! These guys are skilled at what they do. Great job taking the tree down. They cleaned up all the mess, yard looked perfect when they left. Highly recommend East Coast Tree Care

Dealing with East Coast Tree Care was very easy. The staff and field crew were very responsive and professional. I'm sure I will using them again in the future.

Recently used for removal of large tree endangering house. Prompt service, excellent communcation (thanks Oto) and excellent clean up. Good pricing. Highly recommended.

Just had a great experience with East Coast Tree Care. Came out and gave an excellent quote, set up service just a few days later. They did an excellent job in record time, were super efficient. I have found a new tree care provider!

The guys did an excellent job removing two trees and trimming a couple others to perfection. I man addition they cleaned up and removed all the debris. I would definitely hire East Coast Tree service again.

Not the first time we've had them but sadly it has to be the last because all our trees are now gone. This latest tree was in the most precarious postion on our property. Didn't think they would be able to do it but Andy and his crew came out and did a top notch job at a price that couldn't be beat. Now we don't have to worry about any more branches falling on the roof.

Great crew. Very professional. Will recommend highly to friends and family

After seeing East Coast trees used by multiple neighbors we decided to hire them for a tree from a few years ago They did a wonderful job. Today was our second time using East Coast Trees and it was a smooth process. The office staff is very courteous and helpful and the crew on site are the friendly people. The entire experience was stress-free.

During the removal of a large tree yard, the team took their time to ensure everything was done safely, and ensured no damage was done to a nearby fence. After the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned up the area.

East Coast trees have consistently delivered high-quality work for us with the nicest staff! I cannot recommend East Coast Trees enough!

East Coast Tree Care cut my tree well. The protocol they used I found to be unorthodox. Their Forman disgarded some specific instructions I had given him, which was to make sure the tree fell on my property only. He assured me it would. The exact opposite occurred. The tree was dropped completely on my neighbors property. Totally unacceptable. I called The office to speak manager Sharon, which never occurred. Instead I was relayed a message by the office assistant She relayed a message, that offered an explanation to support the inappropriate action. This was an insult to say the least. A reputable business should not¹ stand on skill alone. Honest and integrity is also needed. It is to be noted I was given a discount because I filled a last minute cancelation. Their normal rate is higher than some of their competitors.

I’m satisfied with the job well done, respect, and the professionalism of the crew members. They included me in the decision making process as they cut the tree asking me if the job was ok. The price of the job was the cheapest after shopping around. I recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you for beautifying my house.

The entire experience with East Coast Tree was great! The sales and office staff were excellent to communicate with and always kept me informed. The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They were all very nice and very professional. I was happy to see everyone wearing the proper safety gear. They finished and cleaned up the yard WAY faster than I was expecting. We will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Otto gave a reasonable estimate. The crew showed up on time and did a very good job in trimming up dead wood from a weeping willow tree. Everyone in the crew was pleasant and respectful. Thanks
