Brandon was great - very informative repair tech who explained clearly the options when both the air compressor and fan drum died. Next day, top notch installers Axell, Jonathan and Shane came and installed a new (much needed) heat pump system with speed and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

Horizon Services has been maintaining my HVAC for years. My system was 20 years old and well past the normal lifespan, so I was on “borrowed time”. James Brooks, the tech who performed the heating system check was very thorough and discovered breeches and a crack in the heat exchanger, which meant it was time for a new system. He provided me with photos as well. Horizon sent a consultant the next day to evaluate my home and guide me through my options. The consultant, Sara Goodman, was pleasant and knowledgeable. She was not at all pushy and patiently explained HVAC concepts and aspects of the different systems such as tons, SEER, state laws, warranties, price guarantee, etc. She told me what to expect during the removal and replacement of my furnace and AC system. Horizon would have been able to install my new system the next day if I had been available. We scheduled it for Saturday (today) and the team of Hugo, Juan, and Carlos were on time and clearly very competent. They spent the entire day diligently working. They were respectful of my home and did an exceptional job. They replaced not only the furnace, AC, and compressor, but also the refrigerant lines, gas fittings, breaker, PVC drain pipes, condensate pump, electrical switch and dropdown line to the compressor outside. They also replaced and leveled (with gravel) the pad for the compressor. They had to enlarge the hole in the wall to the exterior and filled it with foam inside the wall, silicone on the interior, and concrete patch on the exterior. After the systems were installed and they had cleaned up, they tested them and then explained the work they’d done and how to use and maintain the new HVAC system. I highly recommend Horizon Services.
