This company was assigned through our home warranty company.
They did not call to set an appointment.
I had to call them. I was also not informed i needed separate claims for upstairs and downstairs units. So only one unit was serviced. It was "fixed" by flipping the breaker. Other unit still does not work. So we have to have another company out to service it. 🙄

This company provides fast and efficient service. I was able to get a same day appointment to restore my heat pump within a couple of hours. The technician and the manager provided me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to service any of your heating or air conditioning services.

Ignored my website contact request, but found the information I had submitted when I called a week later. Scheduled an appointment, but failed to put it on their calendar.

They rescheduled me when I called, and a very knowledgeable and helpful technician came out to take a look at my AC problem. However, he wasn't equipped for an in-depth investigation and said the office would call to schedule another appointment for the next week.

The office didn't call, so a week later I called them. They said I was on the schedule for later that week. However, the tech was too busy to make the appointment, and no one thought to tell me. To their credit, the office reached out with an apology email long after the appointment window had passed.

TLDR: Great tech, but office doesn't communicate well. Multiple missed appointments with no communication.

Shaday was very helpful & knowlegable. Promised to call me back after speaking to tech & she did. Was able to secure an appt on next business day. The tech, Andre B. arrived on-time and went to work. Made diagnostic in timely manner. Was back the next morning with parts needed & was able to fix my HVAC ASAP. Thank you for a job well done. I will definitely use there services again. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Representatives are great and communicative.

And techs out on the field such as "Andre Bisch" did a fantastic job in helping out our tenant with her A/C/Heat issue.
